BUYER BEWARE: Tl;dr: I hired The Social Production to get 80 headshots for my company, and they…read morelost the SD card, so we have no images at all. I contracted with The Social Production to handle headshots for 80 of my company's employees at our annual employee meeting. They were easy to deal with during the contract and planning phases, and assured me that they would get all 80 shots in the 3 hours that they allotted. They did finish in exactly that time, and were pleasant, courteous, and on time onsite. However, they completed ghosted me (no answers to calls or emails) for weeks after the session. When my contact there finally answered my call nearly 4 weeks after the session, he eventually confessed that the photographer who handled our group lost the SD card with our images on them. They have no back-ups, nothing was saved to the cloud - nothing. Even crazier - the person who lost our images and then refused to answer any of my communication is the OWNER of the company. The project manager was the only person who would eventually shoot straight with me, after weeks of radio silence. They refunded my money right away, which was the only well-handled part of this debacle. To this day, more than 5 weeks after this blunder, the owner still hasn't reached out or returned any of my calls. In almost 20 years of event planning, this is the worst vendor experience of my career. I do not recommend.

I don't know about y'all but it always annoyed me when people had a huge guest book and only two pages were filled out. I had 150 guest and mine is perfect!
