I would also like to thank the best CNA there in the facility ...her name is , ANARUTH she took excellent care of me for the 2 1/2 weeks I was there She made my stay so enjoyable, xo

They would never…read morebrush her hair so it became so tangled, when we asked that they please just brush it once a day a CNA cut off the tangled hair in the back and left the rest of the hair long. Her personal belongings were constantly "misplaced", her room and her were always unhygienic. We could NEVER get ahold of the nurses station, but when I would be there the RN would be sitting on her personal phone on Facebook. She developed multiple bedsores while there. And that's not even everything that was wrong with place. If you have the option to have yourself or a loved one in any other facility I would recommend never sending them to Menifee lakes. There were 2 CNAs we worked with occasionally that seemed to genuinely care, but other than that the experience was absolutely dreadful and made the already devastating process of losing a loved one even more stressful. Also I don't know when these pictures were taken but they are out of date and don't represent the facility well.

He has been beautifully taken care of, every caregiver is incredible and Kevin and Kristin are the amazing owners of this Residential Care Home. My father is happy and feels like he is in his home... Not a facility. Truly, my family and I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Senior Villa...they are special people who care deeply about their charges.

The time she has spent at the villa has been wonderful for her. She has been able to to interact with other elders and it has been good for her. They have a schedule there. A time for meals, they play UNO, they have outside time and my mom was going downhill when she first arrived and needed a walker. Since she has been there they encourage keeping moving and now she only uses her walker if she remembers to. They keep an eye on their patients,their meals are very healthy and the organized functions help to keep them together with their families ie esp on holidays. I highly recommend this facility as Mae Sison and her staff are very reliable and qualified and caring group that puts their patients first.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Vanessa, the Activities Director, was especially amazing--she runs an outstanding activities program that truly brings joy and engagement to the residents. You can see her passion in everything she does. The atmosphere was lively, friendly, and filled with genuine care. We left feeling grateful and impressed by how organized, clean, and uplifting the center is. Highly recommend a visit--Wildomar Senior Center is a true gem in the community!

Probably there are more health code violations. Though, I am great full for having a place to live. I am voicing this not for myself, but for the residents who are not getting the respect and care they deserve. This place is known for giving $5.00 gift card for a 5 star reviews. I may be asked to move .Who knows? I fight for the unprotected, abused and neglected. Elder care is such an unrecognized problem and it keeps getting worse.

He had read my first yelp complaint and assured me everything here is not as horrible as I think it is but from now on if I have an issue to call the main number to the facility and ask to be transferred to his voicemail and leave a message. Since then I have left him messages on 3 different occasions for 3 different issues for pretty much zero resolutions. On this past Tuesday I was transported on a gurney 1 hour each way to my dialysis in hemet. The trip was brutally painful. When i got back I told many nurses, office staff and even made several calls telling whoever would listen (or who I THOUGHT was listening) that I refused to make that trip again. My left collarbone and arm are broken along with my left hip. I have a pressure sore on my tailbone. Laying on a gurney in a bumpy transport van for 2 hours total was more than my broken 70 year old body could handle!!!! I only go to dialysis Tuesdays and Saturdays so I figured in the 4 days in between one of the many people that work here could have relayed the message to this "hospital" and the transport team I would not be going today to dialysis. At 3am transport came anyway. I apologized to them for making a wasted trip and now my anxiety is once again through the roof. Long story short I did what Trevor the administrator told me to do. I called the facility and asked to be transferred to his voicemail to relay all this information as HE REQUESTED! They refused to transfer me and the nurse came back to my room to tell me they cant transfer to his voicemail because his office is locked. Now I'm no brain surgeon but, HUH???? I've had more anxiety this short week here then I've had my whole life. I am full of anguish and depair, and on top of everything physical pain. Since I know Trevor reads yelp before checking voicemail I believed this follow up would be a quicker way to get my point across.

But what I'm really thankful for is the quality of care. They fed him, shower/bathe, and provide comfort in ways my family couldn't provide anymore. It definitely isn't easy to care for him but the staff are wonderful and friendly. We really ended up in the best possible situation for my dad. Thank you.

My mother was admitted there this last April. The home is spotless and rooms as well as the bathrooms are spotless. While there I noticed Shauna who is the caregiver gave my mother Helen extra special care and attention. As my mother was suffering from dementia/ alzheimers she required 24 hour care. Shauna engaged with my mother on a daily basis . She went above and beyond in assisting my mother and her needs. Shauna would regularly call to ask if it was ok to take my mom with her to various family gatherings. She took my mom shopping , took her to the park, the lake etc. Shauna's actions allowed my brother and I to sleep at night knowing mom was in good hands. She would text me photos of my mom weekly. Smiling laughing and enjoying life. My cousin Raquel Lewis left a nasty post on here due to family disputes which have nothing to do with this wonderful business. If you read her post disregard it as a case of sour grapes that had no bearing on this business I highly recommend this home for anyone who requires 24 hour care for their loved ones.

While they did not end up living here due to costs, I will say our experience was a positive one. Even though it is right beside the noisy freeway, you can't hear the noise inside. The place was very clean, very posh. They are 3 years old and it shows. Decor is modern and classy. Michael gave us a tour. He was excellent. He was very responsive beforehand. He has you parking at the one spot in front with your name on it. They had your name printed out on the table. The whole experience was a good one. At the end, Michael gave my parents a special cake in a box. He was fantastic!
