If you know Citizen watches, you know they are not the average "wind and go" watches. When I went in to retrieve it, the time was not set, the date was wrong, and more importantly the reference position of all the hands was not correct needing a lengthy and complex 11-step calibration after bringing it home. Ultimately he was an honest enough businessman to honor the original quote. All in all, I appreciate the work that went in, but I'm a bit disappointed with the final product.
