It was nice because they allowed a cat. I was considering moving back in there but with the reviews I'm kinda scared off. Sorry most are having negative issues. The apartments were really big, and the closet space! Even tho only 1 bathroom, that was perfectly fine. But there's only 2 of us. I just really miss my clean spacious apartment there with all the amenities. Its been quite a long time ago, tho. Seemed they were quick to fix issues as well.

Maintenance is ignored--some roofs have even collapsed due to ongoing leaks that were never fixed, making it miserable when it rains. Safety is also a major concern. They rent to anyone without regard for tenant safety. Gunshots can be heard at night, and police are frequently on the property. The owner, Chris, only cares about collecting rent. When you move out, they fabricate charges to keep your security deposit and refuse to provide an itemized statement showing what you supposedly owe, which is required. Do not rent here. This place is unsafe, poorly maintained, and dishonest.

We asked for him to do more work and to give us a new estimate. He was to walk the property again and give us a new estimate and to call us that same night. Well no phone call so we called the falling day. We called to see what the new estimate cost would be.
