We are a couple who decided to give up taking care of a house in mid-2017. We planned to stay at Sterling Oaks before finding something better even away from Chico. We are just starting our second year with no plans to move. Did not think apartments could be so community friendly and well taken care of. Do not work for or have any affiliation with the company but they seem to be a model of responsible management. read more
