Well... first, I never take my car to car washes. I normally detail interior and exterior myself. This is my first time having my car in a snowy area and we recently experienced our first snow so I figured I needed to get the undercarriage cleaned. At this point I figured I might as well just get the exterior cleaned. I paid $30 and my car was still wet after it was supposedly hand dried, and wheels were extremely filthy. Worst auto wash I've ever been to. Had the works exterior membership for about 3 months and I think I've only been satisfied once. Sometimes I would have to take my truck back 3 times in a week to fully get it clean. Some of the workers there don't even seem as if they care about the job they do. Just this week I happened to go by twice already and both times I went my tires and wheels were cleaned with the least amount of effort. For the few times that some of your workers have left my tires and wheels so clean I could see my reflection, I would like to thank them for actually putting in the work. Went here a couple months ago and was blown away. Went today and severely disappointed. The quality of the wash was poor at best, still dirt all over, windshield not clean, interior not even touched. I totally recommend this place for an oil change. The customer service is spectacular. Aaron helped me and went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciated that. No wonder this place is so popular. The oil change was quick and it also came with a 17 point inspections as well as a free car wash at a very affordable price. ***UPDATE*** A couple days ago I took my car back to Husker Autowash. This time I was very impressed, I brought my new Cadillac in for a full service and these guys delivered as promised, my car was perfect when I got it back..everything was dusted and wiped, the windows were sparkling and for the most part they wiped my car dry where I didn't have instruct or assist. Just got my very first car wash here in NE as I just moved here from LA. It was interesting choice of films you can select for a car wash but all great choices comparing the fact that you get soo much for the prices that is listed. The amount of waiting long as they only have 1 window and two stations. I feel like they should have opened the 3rd station as there was a huge line behind me but I guess people in NE are a lot more patient than I am as a native Californian. Overall the car wash wad great. My car was soo dirty but they took their time to really vacuum it and wipe everything down to get clean off the dust and grime. At the end where your car is done, some one will announce which car is done and will actually walk you out to your car. Talk about great customer service! When I got in my car, there were white paper tabs on the car floor. I didnt know what it was until I picked one up and realized it was air fresheners. Never ever in my life have a seen air fresheners come in these tablets but I like that because if you like the scent you selected, you can just toss them out instead of being stuck with the scent for weeks that's just been sprayed onto your car. I've heard about this place from an old coworker of mine so I decided to give it a shot. This place has everything from oil changes, full service car washes and waxes to window tinting! Since it's going to rain in a few days, I decided to go with the most basic exterior car wash that you can go with. In case you wanted to know, it was $8.50 after tax for the basic exterior wash. Now my car had a lot of grime on it so I was interested to see how clean it could get. It's been about 2 months since I've gotten a car wash btw. Before a went through the automated car wash, they pre washed my car with a powerwasher wand. After that, I went through the car wash itself...put the car in neutral and let it do its magic! When I got through the entire process, the attendants dry your entire car (including door jams!). Everyone who worked their was very professional and courteous, from the cashier to the workers who dried my car off. I am a manager in a customer service related industry and I can tell that this business is very customer orientated! Without the customers, you have no business! My car looks great after the wash! I will definitely be back in the future! Great customer service, friendly and professional staff who take pride in their work! Next time I'll get a full service wash which includes interior cleaning! I took my daughter in with her car to get an oil change, having came from California a few months before, we are still learning different services to use. I am extremely glad I found Cornhusker Auto Wash. The folks there were awesome, they explained everything to me, as well as my daughter, which is what I wanted, as this is her first car, and I wanted her to learn the importance of scheduled maint. They did not try and up-sale us on anything, I figured it might need a new air filter, as that always seems to be an up-sale item, but they showed it to us and said it was fine. They also explained all the extra services, such as free topping off of fluids in vehicle, checking air pressure, items like that. I went here today by referral and I'm not one to wash my my car but I do try to keep the inside clean. This is what I like...I went for an oil change and it was quick. Then a car wash was included...that's a deal! Everyone was welcoming and I was happy with the results. I did learn that Tuesday is ladies day and it comes with a $5.00 discount. I have come here a few times, and thought this was my new place to get my car washed. At first it was good, but I now notice that they are getting lazy and not doing a good job. I got the $30.00 full service, and did not received what I paid for. They didn't do a good job vacuuming, I left there with a full wet door, one of the side mirrors all wet and spotted, the wheels and tires were supposed to be wiped dry and tire shine applied, and some were and some were not. they looked horrible!! The guy walked off before I could even address it. I didn't have time to run after him. I don't expect perfection, but I would like to get what I asked for! I'm having to come home and finish what they didn't do! This isn't the first time this has happened, so I'm not sure I will return here again. read more

This place has friendly and efficient service. I came to them with turkey drippings that had spilled all over my back seat (thanksgiving transportation mishap). They detailed the back seat, and it looked/smelled normal again :) I thought they were reasonably priced. I love how you can get an oil change, detail and car wash all in one while waiting in the customer lounge. A bonus is being able to see your car washed through the windows. Our brand new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica (we have had it for 2 weeks--still has in-transits and we have driven less than 300 miles) was stuck in the car wash as the bars in the track continued to move under the tires of the van causing it to bounce to and fro. A worker had to climb through the back door and over the front seat to drive the van out of the car wash. After they ran the van through a second time, we noticed scratches through the clear coat along the back of the driver's side rear wheel well. The manager, Will, claimed that there was no way for the car wash to make that damage. This was after he stated that the workers did not properly prepare the vehicle being a Chrysler/Jeep product and they even have to go as far as to buckle the drivers seatbelt in a Jeep or this happens. After pushing a little, he stated that he could not claim negligence and hand over a bill to his boss. We would need to call the owner the next day as he could not call him on his day off. We called the next day and the owner, Brian Fox, assured us that he would make it right, that we have been long time customers, and he did not want to lose our business. We ended that conversation thinking how refreshing it is when people take responsibility for their negligence. Fast forward to the next day. Brian is now refusing to take responsibility for the damage. He states that another vehicle must have made the marks. He does not care if he loses our business as there are 100,000 other customers that will continue to come to his car wash. We are honest people to a fault. We would not claim damage that did not clearly occur from the MALFUNCTION of the car wash. If this happened to us and we were treated like this, IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Take your business elsewhere!! Had an amazing experience with a great establishment. Had an oil change and carwash both done quickly and professional. Car wash did a great job with exterior looking brand new. Interior was done very well and even hit the hard to reach spots and often over looked corners and crevices. Richard did a great job talking to me about oil change and car maintenance options they offered. Some guy named Brian was there and was super pleasant to talk to well. I like coming here, I usually get the ultra package. I drive a truck, so I wash it 4 or 5 times a year , mostly in the winter, it's a truck, otherwise it means you and truck are lazy, good service, inspect you car and if they missed a spot, let them know before you leave, sometime they miss an area. I like to be honest, so people can say it's true, when it comes to cost and service, I don't want to be rude about any business, I give it a try. I was very disappointed from the start, the young gentleman that was suppose to vacuuming and cleaning the windows was messing around and throwing the mats out of the car, then he sat in the car being all sweaty and changed my radio station , I'm checking my car now to see if he messed with anything else, the rest of the car wash was good, but it only takes one person to mess up everything. I will not be going back or recommend any one who ask me not to go there, plus it was almost 2 hours from the time we got there until we left. Nice try, folks... I took my mother's Rav 4 in to get detailed and was met by a very cordial staff. However, the finished product had several things left to be desired. The mats were still dirty, and there were still noticeable amounts of dust on the console and dash. Honestly with a price point at $21 I expect more.
