I've been coming here since this location in Bellevue opened. It's handy since it is on my usual route to work. Even better since they cut down some brush mess along the fence with the interstate so you can see if its busy or not. Anyways, i have had a 2 car plan going on since 2021. My subscription at the time was for the best wash they had. Now they have another tier above that. It is not cheap, that is for sure, but the system they use does put down some serious soap and wax on your vehicle. I have a crew cab ram, and my wife has a jeep cherokee for vehicle sizing. The brushing and jets are more aggressive on my truck since it's wider. If you go ALOT you will seriously want to follow up on a regular basis compound waxing your vehicle to get abrasion lines on your clear coat smoothed back out. The ONLY gripe i can think of is a lot of vehicles dont have a "shifter" you can shift on the fly. My ram has a turn dial, and you MUST press the brake to engage it. So you have to get creative at the end of the tunnel pressing the brake just right and turning a dial to shift from neutral to drive to move. Actually, also i think they should have heated the exit concrete as in the winter it can become solid ice! And yes this place has been open when it is seriously cold here in Nebraska. Which is great to get that ice melt metal eating ground solution off your vehicle. I have had wash passes at other places and this is the one that makes me feel it is a great value. read more

Agree with Gowen H. I went there today. Same older guy at the entrance. All I wanted was the cheap wash as I normally do. I told him what I wanted, he continued to push the sales pitch on me as usual. I told him no and sand I just want a simple wash and not sign up for something I don't want. He insisted on continuing his sales pitch. I got frustrated and left without getting my car washed. He just needs to pay attention to what the customer wants, even if it's not what he believes is best (makes me wonder if he gets a commission). Sad because I like the car wash and in a convenient location. But think going elsewhere is best! read more

I'm all about washing/detailing my car but this car wash is by far the worse one I have ever been to in my life! stained my truck and wheels. paying $40 you'd assumes they spray down the whole truck first instead of just the driver door. not tying to exaggerate but I was better off using my garden hose. I would not recommend this car wash or ever think of coming back here. quality and value is bad!!! I este this a negative 5 star. better off going to the touch less caseys car wash where I normally go. way better quality and leaves my truck way shinier than here. and for $12 you can't beat it! read more

As far as the car wash goes, it's good and the vacuums are strong. The price is slightly higher at $14 for the most basic wash with no under car cleaning. The real turn off here is the older gentleman always at the booth. He always pushes every person to the monthly subscription making the same classic comments every time about "hate to see you lose money" yada yada yada. I get being a salesman but he's too unprofessional/pushy about it. No means no, move on bud. The worst was today when I had a 40lb stainless steel pry bar tucked in the bed of my truck that's been through this wash a dozen times before. He made me remove it before the wash as if it was going to defy physics and fly out. I'll be going to across the street for my washes from now on where I can get more common sense and better attitude from teenagers than this manager at Tidal. read more

All I was trying to do was drop one of my two vehicles and keep one car enrolled. Used the change function on their website on 2/20 - 8 days before monthly renewal date. Provided reasons and left positive comments as well. Intention was to provide management with feedback because they can't change something unless they know about it. I've run my own business for years and I have always welcomed constructive feedback as a means of providing the best experience for my clients. They website does not indicate how they will confirm receipt of the request but it does ask that we don't hit the submit button more than once. Therefore I did not know that they in fact received all the information I took the time to provide. Saw the full amount hit my account online today. It's only $30 different, but it is incorrectly charging. Tried twice to call the GA number (it was around 3:30 EST) to get resolved only to have the greeting tell me that it was not during their business hours (it was) and then it stated their business hours. Left a review and changed plan over a week before plan date, still charged full amount today. tried to call 706-938-0991 and recording states not open but it is during listed business hours. chat on website does not function. On hold to dispute charge at my bank right now. Tried phone again and talked with Hannah. She was pleasant enough but seemed like she didn't have the authority to make it right. Bumped it up and re-explained to Angela, she said there was nothing they could do but I was welcome to use the services for another month, since I was charged for it. I have already joined another local car wash club to see if they could do a better job on my truck. It's a shame they can't make this right. It's a nice place and the local staff is friendly. They have invested a lot of money and are expanding rapidly, but they need to get the customer care end of things improved. The reviews I intend to post to social media will warn potential new clients that, while it's easy to sign up - good luck making a change and or canceling. Between trying to work with them and filing a dispute with my bank, I've got over 2 hours into this so far. read more

I was charged twice in my card at the car wash. I was told that the system wasn't working and then my card was swiped a couple times because I was told it didn't work. After ward I looked at my card and saw that I was charged twice for one car wash. I normally like Tidal Wave and have been a customer regularly for a couple years. read more

I've been going to this car wash for 6/7 months before an associate called me a derogatory remark (regarding my sexuality) and threatened to fight me if I ever came back. I don't even know this persons first name. This associate also stopped my car wash half way thru my service and left me with my car covered in soap still. Completely unprofessional. I've spoke to corporate multiple times in the last three weeks. They tell me go to a different location. No apology. Nothing. I've been told the last three times I've spoke with corporate that either the site or area manager would be in contact with me (they never emailed me/ called)..... This happened 3 weeks ago. This associate is still employed there. I haven't gotten a refund for my membership (that I only used once since its renewal & this happened)... All they have done is cancel my membership ... Wow. Thanks. They simply don't realize how big of a deal this truly is. Isn't this somewhat of a hate crime? I'm just in shock..... oh..... today was the third time l've had to call back since I haven't been contacted yet & customer service hung up on me twice. One of the times was by a supervisor. Our car was damaged due to the suction on their dryer being to high. This happened four months ago and still no compensation for the damages, just one excuse after another from the owner. Even called Tidal Wave Headquarters with no resolution, so today we cancelled our membership and now Tidal Wave has lost two customers. read more
