Everyone has been polite to me but their inability to work their system, update their computers, etc. gets annoying. They have a large number of places you can park after you get your car washed to dry it yourself, use the free vacuums, etc. The car wash location is always very well-maintained. I've never gone there and had something be broken or seen any trash laying around. It's really nice to go to a super clean facility.

There is no hard sale to purchase any packages or monthly membership, and there are no railings to deal with when driving onto the moving platform. If that works for you, bring your own sprays, and this should make up for the inconvenience.
