Alright, here is the fair review. The carwash itself is pretty good. If you go to the locations that do detailing, that is hit and miss. #DETAILSMATTER. Details are not their strong suit. Everyone has been polite to me but their inability to work their system, update their computers, etc. gets annoying. If you get a different car, expect issues for a couple visits... it took multiple people to fix the computer issues on more than two occasions. It's a car wash, it's pretty nice. It's also a decent high school job for kids... you get what ya get. read more

STAY AWAY! I took my new car through the Rocket Wash in Elkhorn, NE, and they pack cars way too close. Halfway through the wash, an SUV pushed the car behind me into my bumper -- then he left the scene. Rocket denied my claim and did absolutely nothing to make it right. They. Did. Nothing. NOTHING!!!! Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. read more

Do not go to this car wash! You'll end up with car damages. The car wash scratches the car and the employees do not listen when you tell them not do allow the last brush to drops down. I have got bad scratches on the hood of my car because of the brush that drops down at the end. Poor quality and not worth the car wash result. read more

Rocket Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Elkhorn, Nebraska

Moving to Nebraska from California a couple years ago one of my biggest concerns was all the salt and sand that was put down during the winter months to keep our roads open. Back in California I used to pay anywhere between 20- 30 bucks for a single car wash. When I moved here I was surprised to find an unlimited car wash. Rocket has not disappointed. In the heart of winter I am to keep my truck and SUV clean for an great price. For what I used to pay in California I get unlimited washes for. Along with vacuum stations, wheel cleaner, window cleaner and air freshener. I can stop in for a quick wash to keep the outside clean or stop in for a full service. Great value and outstanding service! read more

This was my first visit to Rocket Carwash at the Elkhorn location off of 204th. I went during the lunch hour and as predicted, the line was non-existent. There are a lot of complaints on the Yelp page and the only issue I had with my first experience was the 'hard sell' the young guy kept piping throughout the transaction. He went on and on until I finally told him 'enough'. They must be on commission there to sell the unlimited monthly packages. The overall car wash was fine and the free vacuums were appreciated. I probably would have raised the score higher if the hard sales treatment wasn't experienced. read more

Rocket Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Elkhorn, Nebraska

It's an okay car wash overall, but there are two major flaws. 1. I have to spend so much time cleaning gunk off of my rims after that it ruins the convenience of the membership. There is always a huge mess of gunk, just way too much tire shine and it seems like the shine is muddy/dirty. Sometimes there's so much that it streaks along the lower side of my car. Getting all of it off is at least a 45 minute project. 2. It leaves a lot of micro scratches. My car had almost none when I bought it. After using this car wash for the entire year I've owned my car, it is COVERED in them. read more

Signed up for a membership and was told no military or senior discounts but they would give me an ultimate membership at a super wash price. Never happened, they flat out lied to me. Went through on the second time and it tore the antenna off of my truck. I was told they will not repair it because I should have taken it off first. In order for me to do that I would have to carry a 7/16 wrench with me to remove it every time I went through. What a bunch of B.S. F*** that place. I read a few more reviews and they won't cover ripped off side mirrors either. If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent twice the amount of money on repairs that they won't take responsibility for than the cost for two months of washes. Save your money and go someplace else. read more

Rocket Carwash in Elkhorn, NE has charged me $85.56 since canceling my Unlimited membership in May 2022. BUYER BEWARE!!! I canceled my membership online and received a confirmation email that membership was being canceled however they continue to charge me every month. In addition to their poor customer service I found the quality of their Drive through carwash mediocre at best and their vacuums lack power. At Russel Speeder's my car gets cleaner, the vacuums are more powerful and they don't continue to bill me when my pause or cancel my membership. I'm not sure if Rocket is the fastest growing carwash chain or fastest going carwash fraud in town. read more

We loved this quick car wash for a long time until we realized it was slowly scratching up the car. My car had almost no damage or scratches before using this car wash and now has small scrapes and scratches all over. read more

This car wash used to be my favorite and has quick gone downhill!!!! Management and service has gone bad - the "kids" barely keep a conversation going, don't say hello or offer you dash wipes unless you do so first, the vacuums don't suck!!!! , the workers are always on their phones while the rags don't get put out and not a single employees has stopped to say hi in the past 6 months! Before, everyone was friendly and seemed to care about the facility. Now no one talks or keeps up the place. Club or Tommy's over Rocket now. read more

My daughter's tire was damaged in the carwash. She has called, stopped in and emailed to rectify the situation and has been blown off and ignored. I'm not sure if it's because she's young...or a girl...that they think they can treat her like this but it is despicable. Do not give them a penny of your money. read more

My kids really wanted me to go through this car wash because of the rocket. Not the greatest reason, I know. Got the rocket wash for about $25 bucks with tax. I've had better from a drive through car wash. Lots of missed areas. The main problem was it did not wash the back of my car at all. I spoke to two people about it and they basically said it's because I have a spare tire on the back. I get that, but why not say that before you go through? I've never had an issue at other car washes. They did spend about 5 minutes trying to sell me a monthly membership however. The two employees were just kind of like "sorry". I'll give an extra star because their vacuums are super powerful and the compressed air is a nice touch. Otherwise, I will not be back read more

The management folks at rocket could care less about treating a customer who had been with them for 2 + years with any kind of respect. I will never do business with them again after being a loyal customer. read more

Kid signaling you thru not very aware and allowed cars in close to one another & my vehicle was not on the red line tracks. Vehicle thrust forward and was very bumpy thru it has truck in front me very large hitch allowed on it and went thru grill of my vehicle. Manager immediately jumped to conclusions we should both exchange insurance. He refused to listen to either of us or watch the footage to see what occurred. Very disappointed & vehicles for close to one another in there. Expensive lesson. Be warned read more

For the price the wash could have been better and dried longer. The reason for a 1 star is the fact that I 100% lost my antenna in the car wash and all they can say is "sorry, i don't see it". I feel like they can look harder and find it. The wash ripped the bracket in half that my antenna sits in which is the reason the antenna fell off in the wash. They looked for 15 seconds and that was it. read more

I've had a rocket car wash membership for over a year and I use it all the time. Definitely get my money worth.

I bought a membership and used it for a few months. It was convenient and easy until one day something in one of the overhead brushes hit my windshield and shattered it. I immediately talked to one of their attendants and he took pictures with the store I pad and took my contact info and told me I would get a call back within 48 hrs and it was likely they would replace it. After not receiving a call after 4 days, I began calling them myself. They kept taking my info and would tell me a manager would call me (for two weeks) This never happened. After telling my story to several people, I learned this is how they are and apparently damage a lot of vehicles w/their aggressive brush system. Now when I call, I get a machine. I also visited in person and was told I needed to talk to a manager that wasn't present. I recommend staying far away from this place! The damage is well over $300. read more

Rocket Carwash - Damaged windshield. The brush hit right around where the mirror is attached - Car Wash Near Me - Elkhorn, Nebraska

Poor customer service, car doesn't get clean, and the setup is not suitable for large trucks. Employees lack focus. This place sucks.

Horrible experience tonight at Rocket Carwash. Young 18 year old manager on duty Ty? is so inexperienced, he couldn't articulate why everytime we drive through Rocket Carwash, the auto license plate readers have difficulties on our Car. Literally 5 out 5 times the reader doesn't work and we sit there awaiting an attendant to come help us, there is no quickness at Rocket Carwash especially when you have young inexperience, greenhorn managers (TY) that have difficulties with basic communication skills with clients that are unhappy with the service. Not to judge but, please demote tonights manager as he was not professional enough to handle the basics of an upset client and instead of apologizing he decided to escalate the situation. We are cancelling our Rocket Carwash, to many choices in the greater 5 mile radius of elkhorn! read more

Ok so I understand some of these one star reviews and for me going there since it opened I haven't had one issue with hitches and spares on the back they will get damaged or ripped off so I know that and seen it. I just want you guys complaining about the brushes not hitting your back of your vehicle understand what could happen. The only issue in my opinion is the tire shine hitting our rims and not just the tire. The tunnel gets cleaned every morning and the lot is always clean. read more

My experience at this car wash was one of the worst I have ever had at a car wash. The first problem is the way the pull cars right behind each other my bumper was just inches from the bumper in front of me. The second is the wash itself I was advised by dolphins car wash, my normal car wash, to come to this location due to rocket wash acquiring them. I was told I was getting their top car wash. When I pulled out and inspected the truck. This car wash did not even clean my truck. I could still see large patches of grime their wash did not even touch. Not to mention it did not get the tailgate of my truck at all. If this is the type of wash I get when dolphins opens back up once their computers are updated. I will be moving on. I am not sure if it was just this location or the brand itself. But beware if you want a clean car might not be the best place to go. read more
