I'd love to see them expand and have another or bigger location. It's been great to see Thunderbird bakery grow and open up this cafe and to see their bread being sold in lots of local businesses. Their success is well earned and deserved. Their sourdough IS the best sourdough I've ever tasted and their other pastries are excellent too. I just can't wait to see how they continue to grow.
