I called and they said WE DIDN"T HAVE THE NEW 2026 INSURANCE CARD ON FILE, I said I never pay for prescriptions, I never pay over $10 copay, and all I heard in the drive thru was 217 a poor choice of words for a large amount ORDER that should have been said 2 HUNDRED DOLLARS ..... so before you give someone a card or money MAKE SURE THEY TELL YOU and YOU CLARIFY the exact total amount. Then they said we have a card on file it's 5 dollars insurance. I gave them the medications back and got a debit card refund, that will take??? how long to go back in my bank? 2-7 days......don't be trusting of every place you go that they are giving you the correct WORDS of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.

My dr. called in in directly to avoid any problems, due to the sense of urgency. I personally couldn't get anyone on the phone over an hour after he called it in, so I just went. The lady there was the rudest person I've ever met. She had no clue who I was and said she couldn't see where anything was called in. She told me to give her an hour and she would look through her unopened orders and call me. I went home and waited 2 hours, no call. Of course, I was put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. So I drove there again! After a very long wait with no line, I was told I couldn't get because my insurance wouldn't approve. I know is bs! After 30 min wait got that handled. Finally got my insulin, drove home only to find out, no needles. Drove back there (5 miles obtw) and same lady told me, "yea I know but dr. didn't say anything about needles so you can't have." I asked, why wasn't this explained? The same miserable lady (hates men obtw) refused to give me needles. She then refused to help me anymore. She got another lady to come help me and gave me my needles . I will never, ever go back to that place as long as I live! Obtw, never seen a pharmacist and never was able to talk to one. I could have died without the insulin and told the lady this, and she said she did not care. Unbelievable! It's astonishing the treatment I received from this place. Obtw this is a pharmacist and the drive through windows are so filthy you can barely see through them. This place needs shut down immediately! When we politely asked if we could replace it, she raised her voice and said, "I didn't break it, you did, so if you want another one you will pay for it too." Mistakes happen, we were even helping clean it up, but the attitude was shocking. It was not that big of a deal and she made it known she was extremely inconvenienced. I hope management addresses this behavior, as no parent or child should be treated that way in a store setting.

Got my grandson from his home and drove over around 12:15 pm. Lady at the counter said she was sorry, but they cannot give Medicaid covered shots until the child is 19 years old. Grandson needed the Flu shot for his medical training class, so I went ahead and got both for $118.00. Surprised at the turn of events and attitude change, but same thing happened at Walgreens. This is the only place they sell Ice Mountain water, so i do drive a bit to stock up. They have the photo section, all the makeup that i use, the clearance isle( which I LOVE :) and everything else you could love about a local area Walgreens. Masks aren't require but the do sell them and they practice social distancing if this matters to you. The place is clean and organized as with all others. People at the registers are very friendly. It makes me feel like I'm back home!

One of the most important of those meds I have not had in over a month, I have been there two times a week for the past 5 weeks. The workers talk like they are reading from a script. Walgreens has trained these people well. All they do is tell lies. It will be here tomorrow, the truck is running late the same excuses i have heard over and over. I talked to one lady it will be here tomorrow she said. I went the next day. Then she tells me I need a script code from the doctor. The code was sent before 8:30 the next morning. I go back to Walgreens the same day for them to tell me they do not have any they will have to order it. This time a young man tells me, I am looking at our order and your meds are on the truck. Our truck will be here by 8:00 am. I called at 9:00 the response was we are still getting things off the truck. I called back at 12:20 and guess what I was told the same thing again, we are still unloading the truck. Keep in mind my meds HAVE TO BE REFRIGARATED. So how long can it stay on a truck? I have now gone 5 weeks without my meds all because every time I go to get them I am told another LIE. This place really needs to shut. I have complained to their headquarters, I have called and explained to the store manager and I have even talked to two different pharmacist, its the same go around the same robot talking people. Lots of promises it will be here it will be here it will be here. Its a lot of my fault. I should have had all my scripts switched to a different place after week two. But I kept trusting them over and over,, so that is all my fault. THEY PLAIN AND SIMPLE JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHU NEED THEIR MEDS AND TRUST THE PEOPLE TO GET THEM.
