I switched insurance companies, which manage my Medicare, from BCBS to United Healthcare. I went to HMP's website and notified it of the change and even provided my new insurance ID. It continued to bill BCBS so I notified it again. Today I called the Murfreesboro TN location and called the listed number. I left a message to return my call and the return call came from Jackson TN. I asked if it had the correct insurance company and I was told it still showed BCBS. I offered to provide my new insurance ID but the female in Jackson, TN told me that she could not take it. Very sloppy company. I will soon find another supplier for my Oxygen and my CPAP supplies.
