Look like It had been…read moresitting on the shelf for a great number of months maybe more I was really disappointed with a couple of products that we bought in there. we bought a hummingbird feeder and when you put the liquid in it, no matter how tight you tried to put the bottom back on it leaked we've literally got to glue it and we paid a little more than we should have for it, I really wanted it that weekend for My Son's new house. Sadly it's still sitting on his kitchen table trying to figure out how we're gonna seal it so it doesn't leak. The staff is super nice and very willing to help you they are dead on when you get a key made there, but the price definitely need to come down and the quality of the products that you go in therefore need to be not outdated that part was very disappointing.

Maria, the service technician, has reinstalled belts, changed the oil in the transmission, and done other relatively minor repairs infrequently. The atmosphere is excellent and very friendly. I bought my second zero-turn last year. They go out of their way to be helpful and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

On March 21, 2023 my husband & I just paid Gossett Farm Equipment $670 to get the same riding lawn mower fixed. We weren't happy about it as we felt it shouldn't be having so many problems at this point. Shortly after on March 24th, 2023 I had been cutting the lawn for a little over an hour when it's gave a puff of smoke & started making a high-pitched sound and the blade stopped working. That is exactly what we paid to have fixed. I called the owner and told him what happened. No apology from him whatsoever, he said that he would come pick it up & see what was going on. I told him we don't want to be paying for something that was supposed to have already been fixed. He said, "Look lady, I said I'm going to come and pick it up!" He then had the nerve to tell me whatever had been fixed was fixed. I said no it wasn't because I've been driving this for a little over an hour and it's NOT FIXED. So he came to pick it up. He said there was a stick in the belt. I said isn't that a brand new belt? And he said, "Yes it is. Anyway he ended up taking it with him then when my husband went to see about picking it up Gossett was going to charge another $160 for the labor of taking it apart & a new belt. My husband told him just to put it back together the way it was and bring it back. So he charged my husband $40 for labor. When, let me remind you, we just paid $670 to have it fixed. It turned out apparently it wasn't a new belt because there wasn't one on the receipt but he told my husband it had looked like a brand new belt. My point is you don't pay almost $700 to have something fixed you bought less than 2 years ago & then run it for a little over an hour before it breaks down again. I had to ask an Amish gentleman how do we shop, he said do you have a map? I said no, we're so lost. So I went in another welcome center and asked and got a map. The map shows who sells what and where. We picked up goat milk soap, grape jelly and banana nut bread, and grabbed pork skins at the Amish flea market..which only had the one Amish person. We ventured and Found stuff on our own.

We stopped at the Welcome Center but they weren't offering any wagon tours on the day we visited. So, we took a look around the shop instead. I bought a spiral wind spinner but nothing else appealed to me, mostly looked like donations. Some things were hand made but overall, it felt like it was more of a Goodwill than anything. It was cluttered and unorganized. My grandma and aunt wanted to use the restrooms on site but said they were extremely dirty and decided to use a local gas station's instead. The Amish are very nice people but there are rules. Don't take photos of them, some believe it takes their souls and others believe it expresses individualism. If you aren't Amish, be prepared to have people staring at you and the kids are not supposed to talk to anyone unless making a sale. Overall, everything was affordable and during our drive around, we purchased some peanut brittle, jams, and jarred veggies. Just bring cash, of course. It would be nice to come back and take a wagon tour but it also feels weird that our modern-day culture sees the Amish as some sort of entertainment. So, I'm very indifferent about this experience.
