I moved here straight out of college from Missouri. This community welcomed me with open arms and…read morehave been extremely flexible with me. They are extremely understanding, patient, and truly caring to every detail of your living experience. I loved living at cadence for the 2 years I stayed there and I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. Isaiah Massey

Don't rent here. They used to be good, but now they are horrible. I used to enjoy living here, but…read morethey don't want to help you with anything anymore and they add fees and fees and fees. Fees for extra taxes now, fees if you live on the third floor, fees on top of renting a garage, fees if you actually get sunlight in your apartment. I don't get sunlight in my apartment at all and I really love to grow plants, but it is hard to keep them alive here. We just paid rent and now they added more charges. My heat went out in the winter and it took days for them to actually fix the problem. I called the office as an emergency and they told me not to call them, but instead fill out an order form for maintenance. They went in our garage without notice. They stopped changing the filters every 3 moths which is part of fees they add to your rent. They sent our Christmas packages back and said that their system showed that we already picked them up so there was nothing they could do. They didn't care or try to help resolve what happened. Found out through the post office it was the girl who said she didn't know what happened that had sent them back and signed the paperwork. I don't have to worry about parking because we have a garage, but now I've had to throw a lot of stuff away because there was mouse poop all over it. They have pest control which is a plus, but they don't do the garages so I also get a lot of spiders in the garage. Management changes all the time especially maintenance. I have lived here 3 years and after the first year their time here seems to get shorter and shorter. I haven't seen the same maintenance crew last more than 3 months at a time lately. These places look nice, but they are made cheap. Sometimes when the kids below us play the building shakes. The neighbors have told us they can hear everything my kids do too. The nice things are the kitchen cabinets have a ton of storage and the pool. The gym and the theatre room have so many rules now that most people don't use them anyway and you can't reserve the club house. It's not stocked anyway so you have to pack everything including cleaning supplies and utensils to have a party. The other nice thing is the locked building now that they finally fixed the lock. They also cool and heat the hallways and have an elevator. The hall in 6310 is too cold so get a bottom floor apartment so you can come in from outside when you go to the pool. The elevator has trapped people inside in that building too so have a plan and always keep your phone with you.

Crescent Chase Apartments - Bucket that was under my unit at the time to catch the water. It was full for a whole winter.

Lease was July-December 2025. Avoided staying there in August after a pest control employee showed…read moreup at the door--could not tell what he was spraying for or with what. Did not allow him to enter and decided immediately to check the furnace air filter. Surprisingly there were 2: one dropped way down in the return vent and left there and the other in the correct position. Both filters were dirty beyond belief. Probably why I had sinus-breathing issues when there. Was gone in August for a long time, and upon returning there was a door notice that on 23 September there was a sprinkler inspection. The bedroom walls near that springer nozzle had a "job" on the walls from the ceiling to the floor and there was a "black" wave line in the bathtub were what they were able to bucket was thrown. The management was basically non-existent. Tried to drop the keys off in early October to month's end several times followed with phone texts and emails. There was never anyone at the office. Simply wanted to return the keys to a real person and show some of the problems with the unit--they would not do it. Left the apartment after October, they got the rent for November and December. Have lived in condos, townhouses and apartments in multiple states, in Europe and Asia, and this one ranks near the bottom of the list.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! YOU NEED TO READ THIS MESSAGE BEFORE SIGNING!!…read more They are never in the office maybe 2 hours a week. When you call them the phone says it's disconnected. THEYRE CONSTANTLY SWITCHING EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT SO NOBODY HAS A CLUE WHATS GOING ON THE FEW TIMES YOU NEED TO TALK TO THEM SO THEY ARE NEVER ANY HELP. We moved in and they lied to us about fixing our bedroom window before we moved in and it took them 2 months to fix it. Bugs were getting in constantly and they kept saying it'll be in a few days and that day didn't come until 2 days after move in. When we moved in there was dog crap on the deck. Nothing was cleaned like they said it would be. I had internet problems and had to have the guys come multiple times because the main office kept giving them the wrong key to get into a room in the apt building and when they went back to give it to the office staff nobody was there anymore and left a note saying they'll be back in 2 hours. The pool is locked up constantly so swimming isn't even an option, they might as well get rid of it. The handyman crew seems clueless about how to fix stuff. After they fixed our window they left drywall all over the bed and rest of the room never cleaned it up. Multiple times I came home to find my stuff moved to different spots and turns out they were doing work in my room that I was not told about and they decided to leave tools and caulk in my bedroom for multiple days. Good luck getting stuff fixed unless you're constantly complaining and even then chances are that they won't get back to you. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had living anywhere in my life. And I know the rent is cheap but have fun taking your laundry to the laundry store and or having your door handles falling off and having random people in your apartment without your knowledge because that's what you're signing up for when you sign up to live at crescent chase. Hahaha to top it off, they took our deposit and have tried charging us over $550 in "damages"!!!!! WHAT A JOKE! To recap we moved in with dogshit on the deck. No bedroom window. A weird liquid dripping from the air vents, random paint marks on the walls, mold in both bathrooms (a lot). Black water in the dishwasher that smelled like shit. An odd residue on the window blinds and broken blinds. A broken back sliding door for the deck. And top is off THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE US BASICALLY $600 TO PAY FOR ALL OF THE SHIT THAT WAS BROKEN AND FUCKED UP BEFORE WE EVEN MOVED IN. SO PLEASE USE YOUR HEAD AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

Run in the opposite direction. Look elsewhere as there are beautiful new properties with gorgeous…read morefeatures that are far more worth the money than what you will spend here, popping up all around it. We spent three years at this property. The first year was pretty uneventful. At move in we noticed a dark line in the carpet along the fireplace wall. Not thinking much of it we just cleaned it ourselves. We also noted damage to the vinyl flooring. As the years went on we complained about a drainage issue with the drain located outside our front door and we complained about drainage issue with our patio. Every time it would rain in significant amounts the water levels would rise and it was a waiting game to see if it would come under the doors. I couldn't tell you how many times we complained about this. Nothing was ever done. Second year in we noticed our water-heater which sat in a black plastic tub always had rusty water in the bottom. Our dishwasher broke and an orange stain was left behind on the vinyl floor in kitchen which I can only assume was rust as the prongs in the dishwasher were starting to rust. At the signing of our new lease we asked for new floors and shown what they were planning for the apts as updates and told we would be at top of list for new floors. It never happened! The apartment flooded Three times that required extraction. The last time needed multiple extractions and still left the carpet stained. Winter: This past winter our front porch, patio, and driveway were constantly a sheet of ice due to improper drainage and snow removal. The only way to leave/get in the apt safely was by car. We had to teach our little dog to use wee wee pads. They had the nerve after all this to charge us for tile cleaning as they said their tile/grout was stained. I notified them of a drainage pipe that broke and to the day we left it was still duck taped. The patio roof sprang a leak and was full of icicles. Also, insinuated we stole curtain rods that were never there. I asked mgmt if they could find holes where I patched the wall after I removed them and of course they couldn't. Their water meters broke and now you are charged by square footage so we (2 of us) living in a larger apt paid more for water than 4 people in a smaller apt. Stay away from this place especially ground floor three bedroom apts! And lastly, we have photos to back up every word said!!! ************EDIT************ Information from www.preventivevet.com Not all that glows is dog pee! When exposed to ultraviolet beams, a black light, lots of things will glow white, green, blue, orange, or even red. Dog Pee will glow under this type of light, so will liquids and other liquid-like substances, such as some laundry detergent, milk, honey, canola or olive oil, ketchup, tonic water, and antifreeze. Black light is also used to detect mold and fungi.
