Thankfully, the team at Centerville Clinics handled his case with urgency and incredible care.Communicating through their patient portal, all of our medication requests and questions were answered and fulfilled in less than 24 hours. Even when faced with insurance coverage gaps, the clinic went out of their way to accommodate us, going as far as to have a FreeStyle Libre 3 system sent by courier from another office to our local branch. This spared my patient from painful finger sticks and the high cost of traditional testing supplies.After researching automated insulin delivery (AID) options and updating his Medicare coverage, the clinic quickly processed a prescription for an Omnipod 5 system. This device is now in the works for when his new coverage begins, effectively eliminating the need for me to administer insulin shots multiple times a day.Previously, I only associated Centerville Clinics with mental health and behavioral services. However, their primary care team is outstanding--they are friendly, professional, prompt, and incredibly patient. I cannot recommend this healthcare network highly enough, and I am even considering switching my own care to them. Especially handy when weather outside is bad The staff here is very nice. The common areas are always so clean. I love this lobby area with large windows overlooking WVU Campus and Stadium. I was able to see doctor and make appointment for next month. Nice department if you are in need of assistance. I have to go back for labs and stress test and my doctor is very nice.
