Just had the rudest conversation with a salesman from the Harrison Store who in effect…read moreindicated he did not have the time to work me 1) because I was shopping around for my new construction kitchen; 2) because he did not know the builder; 3) he was too busy to give me the time if I just wanted to keep my builder honest! Wow! Horrible service! Would not recommend such a place who did not value a potential customer!

I also brought my 4 kids with me because I was simply hoping to make contact with the company, maybe ask a quick question and see any brochures they had that I could bring home. The 5 of us walked into a quiet, empty store. We walked around for a few minutes, looking a different samples. Not being loud but also, 4 kids are not quiet. I began to assume no one was there when we walked past an office with a woman in it, her back to us. She did not turn or acknowledge us at all. We walked further, past another office with yet another woman in it, her back to us again. No acknowledgement in the slightest. I turned to the kids and said loudly, "I guess we're out of here, since no seems to want to speak with us." My eldest said, "But people are here! There's someone right there!" and he pointed to one of the women. Again, absolutely nothing. Like she wanted to remain invisible. We left, and as I was packing the car, one of the women stepped out of her office to go converse with the other woman- so she was clearly able to move and not a statue as I was led to believe. Then, the pizza man showed up with what I assumed was a hard-earned lunch, and they welcomed him warmly. I understand if I needed an appointment, but the mere fact that these women wouldn't even acknowledge my existence in their store is so unbelievably rude to me, I will never go back and will make it a point to warn others about their lack of human decency there. All I would have needed was a quick "hello, you need an appointment, please come back." Would have taken them 1 minute. I have written maybe one other yelp review in my life before but felt so strongly about this behavior that I decided I needed to do this one. Shame on you. My 3 year old is more polite than you.

Our kitchen remodel has just been completed and we could not be happier with our choice of kitchen…read moreremodelers. Our kitchen was dated and configured poorly. Chris and Dave came to our house, provided us with a couple of different configurations, and spent lots of time with us going over the different types of cabinets, countertops, etc. From knocking out walls and tiles, rewiring, and installation to final product everything was done just as we were promised. The work is top notch, the price quoted is the price we paid, and the Seibel's were great at communicating when things were going to be done. There were no surprises. We would highly recommend them. Thanks Dave, Chris, and Lisa for a great new kitchen.

Dave created a wonderful floor plan, so I could have everything I wanted without having to tear down walls, which can be an extra expensive. Lisa helped me find some simple yet very modern designed cabinets, that I know, will stay current for some time to come. We live in the Bridgetown area suburbs but I wanted to create more of a downtown vibe kitchen. They were very receptive, to my ideas and they made it happen!! Even down to my brickweb backsplash and walls;)Such a great business in the Heart of Cheviot Definitely recommend!! 5 STARS all the way

My Mr. and I were looking for a company to add just a backsplash in our kitchen. Called around and…read moreno one was interested in doing the job or they were too high. Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.
