Rather than addressing our concerns respectfully, he was dismissive, rude, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the situation. What made the experience truly shocking was what happened after we left. The manager, along with several patrons, followed us outside the restaurant, where we were taunted and subjected to shouted insults. No customer should ever have to endure harassment simply for dining at an establishment or expressing concerns. A restaurant's management sets the tone for the entire business, and in this case the manager's conduct created a hostile and intimidating environment. Regardless of the circumstances, treating customers with basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum standard. I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. The food is secondary when customers are made to feel unsafe, disrespected, and harassed. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and addresses the behavior of both management and staff before someone else has a similar experience.
