I had to ask for another one again because it had been filled with water. Looking nervous, she called another associate who looked annoyed, the 2nd associate reached towards the far back to get another one which indicates they're clearly aware of the tampered bottles. What's more concerning is that the tampered bottles were put back on the shelf. These employees are putting the public at risk

I've been a loyal Cefco customer for many, many years, often stopping two or three times a day for…read morea fountain drink refill. Unfortunately, the quality of the fountain drinks at several locations has declined significantly. Recently, it seems Cefco "serviced" their fountain stations and remapped the drink selections without actually changing or flushing the delivery lines. As a result, the flavor carryover is terrible--at multiple stores. No amount of flushing will get the root-beer taste out of the Diet Coke, and every drink ends up tasting off. This is especially disappointing considering Cefco has some of the highest fountain drink prices in the Temple area. If customers are paying a premium, the quality should reflect that. Right now, it absolutely does not. I hope Cefco addresses this quickly, because I've been a long-time daily customer--but the current fountain drink quality is making it hard to stay one.

In the past, I've never encountered any issues with using my debit card for these purchases. Today, however, I was informed that lottery tickets could not be purchased with a debit card unless combined with another item. While I understand this may be due to transaction fees, that has nothing to do with me. Don't open a business if you're concerned with machine fees. Additionally, I've noticed some ongoing concerns with the store's overall condition: - Dust accumulation in various areas - Stale selection of candy and chips - Flat fountain drinks I've purchased other items (such as snacks for my nephews) in the past and experienced these same quality issues firsthand. I truly value convenience stores like yours for quick lottery access, but these factors have led me to decide I will no longer be returning. I wish you the best of luck with your business moving forward and hope this feedback is helpful in identifying areas for potential improvement.
