I also buy my meat and fish there because everything always looks fresh and the quality has been great. The produce I've picked up has always been fresh too. Don't forget their garden section with a great selection for seasonal favorites. It's clean and very organized, so easy to find what you need. The staff was polite and very helpful. My main focus is trying out there Italian sub. I gotta say it was absolutely the best in the bread they use was really soft and delicious and different than the other breads that I've had out of the north end on an Italian sub. I'll definitely be back there to grab some more homemade food there. I have prepared in their glass coolers along with their cheese, but if you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and checking out this place and grabbing yourself one of their sandwiches as they had a lot to pick from.
