I figured that maybe my tire rim was bent and asked them to take a look at it. They took off my tire and checked it for leaks and of course there was one. They took the tire off the rim, fixed the rim, put the tire back on and out the door I went all in 25 minutes. $17.95 for fixing a bent rim is not that bad of a deal.

Took my car in for an oil change. After waiting 15 minutes I was told my car was finished. Paid…read morethe owner $32 for the services, only to get into my car and tried to roll the drivers side window up. It didn't work. So I went back inside and explained the situation. I was expecting him to own up to the mistake and take care of the problem. Not the case. Instead I was told that it would cost me $120 and two hours of work to get my window to roll up (a crank window by the way). I was shocked and outraged. I asked "are you seriously going to charge me for breaking my window? His response was "well we don't work for free." I never raised my voice although I was furious. I immediately drove my car to Cook Collision Repair in Mahomet and they had the window fixed in 30 minutes and charged me $50. I will never take any of my cars to Community Tire again.

The sign says they're not open weekends, but they told me they would call me nonetheless. Well 4-5 pm Saturday I realized they still hadn't called, so I walked to the shop and NO ONE WAS THERE. After walking around I had to get the handyman to let me in to pay for my car and get my keys. How would I have gotten to work? The prices and repair seem alright, but what about the customer service??

WARNING WARNING WARNING…read more Stay far away from Greg's Truck Tire & Auto repair! He's a big liar and a fraud. He quoted one price for a simple tune up, (wrote it down by the way) and kept the vehicle for more than a month and half. Yes, I said A monthand a half! Who keeps a car belonging to a lady/ w a disabled son. That needs to get to and from clinic appointments for an entire month. And, it was just supposed to be a freaking tune up!! Never once did he call and report the status or extra cost. Instead, she and myself, along with other folks called and stop by regularly only to get the same old spin from Greg, such as, "It'll be ready in a week. Or, I'm waiting on a part," or some other b.s. This crap has been ongoing since December 22nd, up until February 1st. Unreal! Now, after driving the vehivle for a few hours,, it has stopped again! He even had to the nerve to say, "We are nothing but thieves," when we refused to pay such a absorbent amount. And, we're the thieves? No sir, Greg is a true thief aka highway bandit!
