Blue only tried to find a solution 6 months after constant complaining that I wanted it repaired. She hired a sketchy guy to come but when I asked for someone else she said I didn't get to decide who can do it and that she called around a lot of places to get this guy. Really Blue he's the only guy in southern California who can repair a tiny crack in a tub?! She's just awful and we're looking for a new place now because I'm sure they will raise the rent and continue with the poor service and even worse attitude. On FEB 16 I called to see if the HCD had registered and verified my ownership, because I wanted to get solar and needed the document. They told me HCD was behind and only as far as August. I gave up on the solar but then tried again mid-March. I called again and they told me it was sent in when we closed and they are still behind. On Feb 23 I called the HCD, got thru quickly and was told they ONLY JUST RECEIVED THE PAPERWORK AND IT WAS DATED FEB16!! IT WAS NEVER SENT IN FROM OCTOBER UNTIL FEBRUARY, verified by the HCD (Housing and Community Development). Now the only way I can get it verified is if the solar company will call their office and use theDecal #, They said they are complete thru December, but of course mine was never sent in October when we closed. I DO NOT RECOMMEN USING THIS COMPANY EVER! It is not even worth calling because the attitude will be the same and they will try to avoid admitting their negligence. I do hope to find a Manager and report the extremely negligent service from day 1 and especially after we closed.
