Sorry, but this place is only average and charges downtown Chicago prices. I ordered a Denver omelette, side of bacon, and coffee. With the tip it was $30. The bacon had a funky taste to it, the omelette was so so, the potatoes were over fried and well, toast is toast. On our way to the Wil County fair, we decided to stop somewhere for breakfast and I looked it up on yelp and found the corner Café, which is five minutes from the fair so my wife and I stopped here for breakfast. I had scrambled eggs with onions on them and rye toast and the waitress brought me a plate full of peaches just as a side my wife had their omelette And the waitress was wonderful. The place was clean. Everything was terrific. The people were friendly. This is an easy, five star and I'll take a picture or two. read more

The streets feels like you're stepping into an old western movie. So nostalgic. Food: I ordered a Belgium waffle with strawberries paired with a side of hashbrowns and sausage. The waffle was cooked perfectly and tasted sweet. Not your standard dry boring tasteless waffle. The strawberries were fresh and paired nicely with the hot syrup. The hashbrowns were cooked light and didn't have that overcooked greasy feeling you get from most breakfast places. You actual tasted the potatoes and not grease. The sausages were juicy and flavorful. I don't usually eat heavy, but today I had clean plates sent back. Service: this is a family business. Marilyn used to own Marilyn's in Monee. The service this family provides is second to none. The compassion you hear in their voices, the care they have for you food being delivered perfectly, and the smiles you get from them consistently. It's hard to find great service these days. This restaurant does it all! While looking around, I saw everyone happy and tons of clean pages being picked up. It's safe to say their patrons love their product and appreciate the heart warming service they deliver. If you're in the area, or close by, bring your family down to have a bite to eat. This building had a lot of history in the township. I always love a hole in the wall restaurant cause their food is always good. First time me and my mom came here we noticed its clean and it looks modernized. I gave the pork chops a go an I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!
