Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews. I would be happy to change my review to 5 stars if the team wants to come back for a full regrout on the floors, but I'm not planning to pay any more than I already have. The moment I explained that I smelled dog urine in the carpet, he immediately dismissed me, repeatedly telling me he'd "been doing this for 30 years" instead of actually listening to what I was saying. The most disturbing part of the visit was that he eventually stopped speaking to me entirely and directed his attention only to the man who was with me. He even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation. I left feeling belittled, ignored and treated as though my opinion didn't matter. Based on the way he interacted with me, I found his behavior toward me as a woman deeply disrespectful. He also wore his outside shoes throughout my home, insisted the issue was candle residue despite there being no candle wax, and then left before completing the job. The carpet issue was never resolved. If your first instinct when a customer raises a concern is to dismiss them, talk over them, ignore them and walk away without finishing the work, you have no business providing customer service. This was an appalling experience and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

I recognize that this long delay could have been the fault of the cover manufacturer, but then when I tried to schedule an installation with Noah, he ghosted me for 2 months, ignoring multiple messages via Yelp and via his private number. I told him to cancel the job on September 4 and he still hasn't responded. Because he is not signed up with Yelp Guarantee, I could not get a refund from Yelp. And because he uses a private Venmo account to receive payment, I could not recall the Venmo payment. I am looking at other options now to get my money back. Do NOT hire these people.
