Like the cultural center, they have "hot beef." Like Navajo stands, they also have roast mutton sandwiches. Unlike the Navajo, the mutton comes with sauteed vegetables rather than corn and potato. Also unlike the navajo, the sandwiches are actually folded up as sandwiches, rather than open-faced.
