No messages get through because there is 100 middle men and they're all inept it seems. I have epilepsy and cannot go without my meds, well I've tried to get refills of the meds I need and cannot seem to get them. Also I can't call my doctor because of the way multicare has it set up. I get sooo sick if I miss any doses of any of my meds and now I'm getting them late or not at all! They apologized for forgetting to call me so I can make an appointment to be able to get a refill after I had already run out, nice huh? My pharmacy gave me an emergency 3 day supply so I wouldn't be really sick or have to go to the hospital (not that they even have room) MultiCare is becoming a pathetic circus and I STILL don't have all my meds. Don't use Multicare if you don't have to!! Steer clear of this mess..I think I'm switching to Franciscan.. I need a doctor I can get a hold of when I need to. I'm sad because I really like my doctor, too bad MultiCare ruined that.

Now that I'm…read morea dependent, I'm finding that being at the Madigan-Puyallup Clinic at Sunrise is truly a luxury. However, the outstanding care comes at a bittersweet emotion for me. Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. I truly believe that the medical squadrons (AF) fall under that political BS we are all familiar with. So, this review is two-fold. 1.) THIS IS AN AMAZING DEPENDENT ONLY CLINIC 2.) They saw my brother for a broken femur, which is obviously not a small thing, and from the moment we were there, the care felt different. The provider who saw him took her time, didn't rush through anything, and actually answered all of our questions in a way that made sense. You could tell she cared, not just about the injury, but about him as a person going through it. Same goes for her medical assistant. Super kind, attentive, and just easy to talk to. It didn't feel cold or clinical the way some places do. It felt like they actually wanted to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Honestly, after seeing how they handled his care, I've been seriously considering switching my own care over to them. That says a lot coming from someone who's pretty particular about where I go. If you're dealing with anything orthopedic-related and want a team that actually listens and treats you like a human, I would absolutely recommend them.

I was interviewing multiple doctors and he was just one of a few. He answered all my questions and they were extensive. He took the time to explain the procedure and what approach he was going to take. What recovery would look like and all the complications from a major surgery. His compassion was evident and he did not pressure me to chose him. I visited the other doctors and Dr. Richard Grey stood heads and shoulders above them all. I just had the first of two procedures, the procedure went as planned and a good prognosis is indicated. So when it comes time for the second surgery I have no doubt Dr. Gray will be as successful. Again if you need an orthopedic surgeon check Dr. Richard Gray out.

Im aware Dr. Gray is an excellent surgeon but the people managing his Gig Harbor office at the front desk are really awful.
