They will never honor all the ammenities they charge you for. You can forget about having exterior windows cleaned or vacuuming that you pay for in their signature service. (No other customers were there when I arrived, but I still suspect it would have gone quickly even if there had been others ahead of me.) The price ain't cheap (all that came to about $450), but the service is far faster than most places. (Walmart estimated 90 minutes...just for an oil change...AND I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m., right when they opened. Which is why I left and went to Jiffy Lube.) So, Jiffy Lube, you're paying for parts, labor, and hey, convenience. I'll continue to visit this location.
