I went here to buy a four pack of cider last night that was priced at $13.99 and they charged me $22.

Up until now, Cork'n Bottle was just a place I went to get lotto tickets. Truth be known, that was the reason for this visit. However, I was in the market for a Scotch I had tasted and liked but was not finding it anywhere. Was not offered at Total Wine, BevMo or even Jackson Wine and Liquor. It was however on the shelf at Cork'n Bottle. I was caught off guard that my lotto store had a huge selection of spirits not found elsewhere and for a much cheaper price. For example, the Chivas Regal Manchester United 13 year Scotch was found online in the price range of $40 to $115 a bottle. It was priced for only $25.99 at Cork'n Bottle. In fact, all their spirits seemed to be cheaper than the big stores such as Total Wine. Customer service is always excellent here and this visit was no exception. How was I to know my lotto stop was now an excellent place to shop spirits. I suppose I had to get out of my comfort zone and walk the aisle's. I don't always give 5 star ratings but when I do, please know it is well deserved. Looking for a neighborhood gem that has a great slection of spirits at very good prices and also a great place to get a lotto ticket, that would be Cork'n Bottle. Highly recommend! read more

Interested in paying for overpriced liquor while getting horrible customer service? Look no further than this place. As a whiskey lover, this place has a decent selection, but I now refuse to ever step foot there again based on the poor experiences I've had with who I can only assume is the owner. I'd noticed their selection one day when I stopped at Trader Joe's, so I decided to see if they carried Blanton's. When I saw it in their cabinet, I asked how much it was and the gentleman at the counter responded "expensive" so I asked again "how much?" He told me the bottle was $180 and I responded "no, thanks. That bottle is $150 max." to which he responded "ok, bye. Have a good day." No big deal - it's a rare bottle and he wanted more money for it, totally understand so I left. A few months later, I was looking for a bottle of Weller and they popped up on DoorDash as a location who carried it at a decent price. Instead of ordering it on DoorDash, I figured I'd walk in, buy it and go. I walked in with my kids who each picked out a candy while I tried to find the bottle. With no luck, we go up to the register to pay for the candy and I asked the same gentleman if he had the Weller as I proceeded to show him what appeared on DoorDash. He said he had it behind the counter, so I asked him to ring me up for it. When he scanned the bottle, it rang up $60 higher than what it appeared to be on DoorDash so I asked him to confirm the bottle and the listed information for his store. He said "no, it's $280. It's an expensive bottle." and I thought to myself "here we go again" so I replied "I recognize that which is why I wanted to come in here and purchase it from you directly instead of DoorDash, but it's listed $60 cheaper online." He put it back behind the counter, said "$4.98 for the candy" and yelled "NEXT" to the gentleman behind me. I paid for the candy, hit order on DoorDash and got my appropriately priced bottle delivered to my doorstep 30 mins later. read more

This place is gross. I was at Trader Joe's and had a specific type of vermouth on my grocery list, but they didn't have it. So I figured I'd stop at the liquor store a couple doors down... I walk in, and the lady working is not wearing a mask at all, as well as several customers (mask mandates are in place right now). The store REEKS of smoke/incense . But I'm like, ok, I'm just going to buy this and get out of here quick before my clothes start to smell. Instead of wandering aimlessly, I ask the person working which area of the store I would find vermouth, specifically a red vermouth. Her response? "Ver...mouth? I have NO IDEA. What's that? A type of wine?" Seriously? This is a liquor store, how do you not know what vermouth is. And if you don't, at least pretend to think about where in the store it might be. Anyway, we looked around the store for a couple minutes and neither one of us could find any vermouth, so I eventually left empty handed. This seems like a place alcoholics go to get their plastic bottle of vodka, rather than a place to find ingredients for good cocktails... read more

Service is horrible; I was looking at top shelf bourbon, and the owners starting yelling "what you looking for" over and over. I said the liqueurs but nothing after that....they just turned around. Go elsewhere. Price are responsible is the +\- 15% range of big stores, but not worth it to put up the the crap. Go down the road to the BevMo, cheaper and handier. No cheers. read more

Best "liquor store" in the area, large selection of Alcohol and above average beer selection. They have chilled champagne and wine, more than the basics. The store is clean and the employees are nice, no charge for credit card and pricing is fair/upfront. It's my go to place the area, rather give them my money then some corporation read more

I bought several bottles of soda, and 2 bags of chips for my kids. My bottle of soda was flat, no carbonation left, so I walked directly back into the store. The guy behind the counter said that he doesn't do exchanges, refused to back the products that they sell. Not good customer service. I won't be shopping there anymore. Too bad, it's convenient. read more

LOOK AT THE CHECKOUT SCREEN THAT CALCULATES THE PRICE YOU ARE PAYING!!! I went in to get a 10$ bottle of wine. Bottle cost 9.99, they added a miscellaneous charge of .49 cents, a .25 cent bag fee and the tax on the bottle was .97 cents!!!! When I asked for the receipt, the recipe only had the total price that I paid, not the tax amount or any fees and didn't even state how much the wine cost. Beware. read more

The guy that's always working the counter is awesome! I live pretty close to this place... just about walking distance. I take my own bag cuz I know you have to bag alcohol and I hate wasting plastic and he seems to appreciate that. Great prices, friendly service, convenient location. Really happy that I live so close - though, sodas are kind of pricey (2L are like $2.75 ea.... and that's pretty expensive... I think?) I don't buy a lot of soda there... Honestly, I love the guys that work here. Love love love love. Love. read more

Best Liquor Store Ever! I love this store! The employees are all extremely nice and they always have a smile on their face. The store is conveniently located close to where we live and I was in there today and the guy working behind the counter took my credit card and said my name and he stuck out his hand and said his name was Sunny (not sure if i spelled that correctly). He said its nice to officially meet you. This is the type people that run small businesses that I truly like spending my money at. read more

I needed some beer to go with my Indian takeout, and everything else was closed, so I stopped in. I was delighted to find Maudite and La Fin Du Monde on sale for $4.99 (look it up you non-beer-drinking slackers). Like Luke entering the tree on Dagobah, you will fear only that which you bring inside with you. So, depending on the person, you might rate this place 1 or 4 stars. 4 star rated customer notices: - Liquor. Lots of liquor. - Wine. - Beer. Including lots of local brews as well as Belgian ales. - Cigars (I don't smoke so I have no idea if their selection is good). - Porn. With helpful signs reminding customers that this is not a library. - Twinkies and Fritos. It is, therefore, a grocery store too! 1 star rated customer notices: - Ew. It's as skeevy on the inside as I thought it would be. Is it any wonder this store is strategically located within 1/2 mile of two of our most prominent high schools? read more

The guy who works the counter is friendly and the entire back of the store is a wall of coolers. If you want it they've got it. PBR included! Kind of funky since it smells like incense unless that's from the vents of the comic book store next door. read more

Wallie has a power trip. Rocky was the man and was too important to loose. Wallie will fight you if you push him to that level, which honestly is uncalled for and straight up rude unprofessional. I would give more stars but there is nothing special here. The vendors don't mix or change anything up. It's the same juice since like 15 years ago. Times change and there are far better juice and drinks being supplied by vendors it's time to change it up. This place is all about lotto tickets boozes and ciggarets. Juice and other convince is not what this place is about. Would be good to have balance. Better chips and or snacks on deck would be great too. Service kills it for me. You come here on your time off to get no proper service here. Wallie is not for this kind of work. He likes to flirt with pretty women coming here and will yell at the next man he sees. I don't come here for that reason he needs to work somewhere else that short fuses can work. Till Rocky or someone like that can work and provide customer service I won't ever recommend this store. read more

I started a new job in the area so it was only normal to find this liquor store location to be helpful, I was happy I could almost walk there. But as I started visiting this establishment I started feeling uncomfortable with the gentleman behind the counter constantly flirting with me and telling me how young I look and flattering me and so on. His behavior was not flattering, it made me feel uncomfortable. He was maybe Hispanic, not very dark skin, a little on the shorter side, trim and fit. He also wore a trucker style hat I think. (sorry I'm not trying to profile, I am just trying to be honest and descriptive so people know what to look out for ) coming onto and married women every time she comes in your establishment is not a compliment, it is creepy and I'm comfortable. I hate to write a bad review but as long as this guy is working there, he is going to make good looking women feel uncomfortable by his inappropriate advances. read more

cool staff on site. Andy and Rocky (long hair older gent) are real nice and they dont mind taking care of their regulars!

You would think by just looking at the outside and it's location that prices in here would be a little higher than say the not so great looking 'market' down the road, yet their prices are the exact same. We were regulars at the market down the road until we started receiving poor service, so we decided to come in here and check em out. Great service and prices. This is our new go to store for every thing! read more

One of the best liquor stores in the area for your Beer needs. Always have those hard to find IPA's I love. Don't drink a ton of Liquor but they have a ton of it at good prices. Just keep stocking good Beer and you will keep seeing my ugly mug. read more

This is the best place to buy alcohol as they have a great selection, good prices (some of them way cheaper than BevMo and safeway) and friendly people working to help you choose and get the stuff you need. On front of the store door, it says Sunday - Thursday "7 A.M to 1 A.M". I pull up on Thursday morning, May 2nd and it's 7:16, so expecting them to be open, I tried to open the door. Would open. Saw that they were closed. If it says they're open at 7 A.M, they should be open at 7 A.M. No later. No one's even inside the building. There was a 7 Up Truck Delivery Person and he got fed up so he left too. There were other people waiting and they left to. Be open at 7 A.M if it says you'll be open at 7 A.M. read more

My wife stopped in and bought a bottle of single-malt scotch for me. When she got home and took it from the decorative box, she saw a label on the back that made it clear this was a display bottle, not real scotch, and was not for human consumption. She took it back and was told by the person behind the counter that he thought it might be a fake bottle -- in which case, why didn't he check? Why did he go ahead and sell it? At the same time, a distributor who was stocking shelves insisted it was an honest mistake, and kept cutting her off when she tried to explain why she was unhappy with the turn of events. Ultimately, she got a refund. There was an opportunity here to turn her into a loyal customer by giving her something a little better in exchange for the phony bottle, but she didn't even get an apology. It was the first time she had been to the store. Now, neither of us will ever shop there again. read more
