My friends and I absolutely love Cork & Brew! We come here often on their Bingo nights and we always have a blast! There are so many fun drink options that routinely change for even more new flavors to try. The food is always incredible and fresh, and comes out arranged beautifully. Cork & Brew was an unexpected but fun find in Commerce. The layout and atmosphere are fun and modern but also not over the top. Many bars in college towns become trashy but Cork & Brew is a classy establishment. Hence the name, Cork & Brew offers a wide variety of wines and beers to choose from. Can't decide? Go with a flight. Beer flights are common but the wine flight was fun to try different kinds. They source local beers as well as more established breweries. The good menu isn't extensive but they take standard bar food and make it classier. Upon recommendation we tried the giant pretzel (seriously it was giant! Two people could barely finish it and 3-4 would have a decent snack) which came with tasty mustard and melted cheese sauces for dipping. I thought the food prices were pretty standard but the drink prices were a little more affordable than you'd find in a bigger city. Overall, I'd definitely recommend going to Cork & Brew if you're in Commerce and I hope they succeed. read more

Been wanting to check this place out for awhile, I'm so glad I did. The place is super cute and everything is just so cozy. Make yourself comfortable inside and try their wine. I go to nursing program at TAMU and I'm glad they open a wine place down here. The waitress was so nice and sweet. She recommended a bunch of wine and even let me taste it as well before I order one. The menu is pretty wide so I'm sure there's something for everyone. Come check them out :) read more

Commerce is lucky to welcome Cork & Brew to the Square. The brewpub feels unlike any other place in town, with a distinct upscale feel yet while still capturing the feel and appeal of dining in a small town. The tap selection is perfect - both in terms of options and also quantity. The options vary from as local as Commerce itself to out of town flavors from Oklahoma and Colorado. But with just 10 or so taps, there's also no order anxiety from an overwhelming number of options. Better yet - the taps are options that you won't find in other bars in town, or even in neighboring towns. And if Miller/Bud/Michelob are your speed - you can still find those in bottles. Wine selection is fantastic. California wines, and local wines from Landon Winery - and everything in between. I love that the menu is small. The establishment knows what its good at - and doesn't try to do too much. 2 sandwich options, cheese boards, and some snacks. The food compliments the wine perfectly - and feels like a wine bar you'd find in uptown Dallas. And the owners - Rose and Paul - can't say enough nice things. They're available, visible, welcoming, and open to adding to their selections upon request. We'll continue to be visitors and excited to see Cork & Brew become a staple on the Square. read more

I've eaten here multiple times and no one at my table has ever left disappointed. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the beignets melt in your mouth.
