I really just put things in her hands and it turned out awesome. The decorations were perfect for a summer outdoor shower. She DIY many details to save money and made sure to have a back up plan Incase the weather was bad. Tables, seating, and not your typical shower games. I got my usual flight to start that included 2 hazy IPA's, a pale ale, and a blonde. The beer types were pretty standard. I didn't see anything crazy, but all were solid to really good. My favorite was the One IPA to Rule them all (hazy). For lunch the lady friend and I split a French Fries flight which is parmesan fries with 3 different dipping sauces. What a great idea. One of the sauces was a cilantro ranch (delish) and the other 2 appeared to be something similar to Raisin' Cane's sauce (I don't like mayo so I didn't try). The fries were a little soggy though. I also got an order of Gochujang and lime sauced wings. These were phenomenal! The best wings I have had in a long time, maybe ever! Holy Shit, I want to go back to Boston just to eat these again. Cool atmosphere, very nice bartenders, very good beer and great wings!

Couples use the Contagious wedding portal to track guest count, obtain vendor suggestions, and update financial spreadsheets. Additionally, the portal has a monthly tracker for couples to check off completed tasks. It makes the whole planning process so much easier to handle when you have all the information in one place, and broken down into easily digestible bullets. Joe also sets up monthly meetings to keep us up to date and on track with the planning process. Before I conclude, I also have to mention how absolutely helpful Joe was during Covid. Like so many couples, we had to reschedule our planned wedding in 2020 due to the pandemic. It was incredibly stressful and disheartening experience, but Joe really took a huge burden off of us when he reached out to all our vendors and ensured we were able to reschedule without hassle. That alone was worth every penny we paid. Joe is amiable, professional, organized and gave us great wedding advice! His assistance truly lifted such a burden off of my (now) husband and my plate during the hectic and stressful wedding planning process. We had planned a backyard wedding with our families and close friends and thought we could pull…read morethis off by ourselves...without a wedding planner. Two weeks before the date, we discovered Joe at another wedding that he had planned. He seamlessly pulled all the loose ends together, coordinated the caterer, the photographer, and the piano player, made floral arrangements on the fly, and created a décor that was specific and special to us. It allowed us to kick back and enjoy the day with friends and family. Joe and his staff made sure the guests had what they needed to have a good time. We are so grateful to Joe and his team for this!

All of the actors were awesome and stayed in character the entire time. After, we were led onto the ship where we had the opportunity to throw "tea" into the harbor. There was a lot of people to get through so this portion goes quick. Also, it's completely optional. Lastly, they take you into a few more rooms to look at artifacts and watch a short video. At the end of the tour, there is a tea room and gift shop. Overall, I think its a fun activity worth trying. You get to learn a lot about the Boston Tea Party and the Revolutionary War.

Improved a lot over the years, Boston Tea Party museum has improved!…read more For our tour/experience, we joined the town meeting hall room where we were guided through some background before the Boston Tea Party took place with actors bringing the history to life with their own experience Each of the attendees received a card to tell us who we were. Now, our actor, character's name, was Peter. They had a little of a quieter voice so I could hear them clearly but it was a little challenge. We went from the meeting room to the boat where we had a limit opportunity to throw tea off the ship. Children were the primary participants in our group of 40-50 people. Then we went into this theater area with moving portraits and wide-length screen to hear the story of the museum. The tour ends in Abigail Tea Room and I recommend checking out all of the tea because it is graded based on the popularity in the 1770s from most expensive to cheapest. When I have visitors, I will go back again and glad to see such a robust experience.

We can not recommend them enough. Curt (I mean Elmo and Cookie Monster) were a HUGE hit with children of all ages, infants, crawlers, toddlers, to a few of our older children, 4, 5 and 6. Not only were the characters available for pictures, but they also mingled with the children, played basketball, were pushed and pulled in our toy push cars, et cetera, et cetera. I've looked into many companies for these types of characters and absolutely no one beats the quality and price by comparison either. I've never seen happier children than those who actually shared cookies with Cookie Monster.
