But I was wrong. I called in twice to make an appointment and neither of the two appointments were scheduled. The first time I called I spoke with a young lady and she said that she would give me a call back after looking at the schedule to place me in a time slot. LOL, still waiting on that call. I said to myself well maybe I should give them another try and so I did. I called about two weeks later to tried to schedule another appointment and I spoke to another young lady and she actually put me down for a Saturday morning at 8:00am. To my surprise I arrived and the salon was NOT OPEN. No cars in the parking lot, no lights on in the building, no one was there but me. So I got very frustrated and was furious because now I have to find someone to do my hair immediately. I don't know if this Salon is a front or what but this type business will close before it get started if this is how you do business. Why would she set up an appointment and know that the salon does not open until 11am. (what hair salon do you know opens at 11:00am on a Saturday and closes at 8:00pm???) Hum. So I went to a fabulous place called Blendz in Miditown and they were indeed OPEN and took great care of me. PROFESSIONAL!!!! Thank You Cover Your Tracks for doing this to me so I could find Blendz. I can say the name of this business should not be Cover Your Tracks because it definitely does not. The name is obviously misleading. I will never recommend anyone to go to this salon for any service whatsoever because guess what they might not be open!
