I have been using their free week of yoga for first-timers and have so much fun from the 1st day to the last! The staff are super friendly and there are a good amount of time slots to pick from. Signing up and canceling is easy (as long as its at least 2 hours before class or else they charge a $15 cancellation fee). The establishment is clean and well-stocked with Lulu Lemon gear. The biggest downside is the cost of actual classes that as a full-time student, I could never afford. Highly recommend it to those who have the bandwidth to be apart of a healthy and kind community. read more

I've tried CorePower when I lived in Denver and decided to try the newly opened studios here using the 1st Week Free offer. Parking is easy here since this is a big plaza. CorePower is located at the corner by Fresh Market and the Barre studio. You can check their schedule on their website and just walk in for the class you want to take without pre-registration. After I let the instructor know I was trying it out for 1 week, they quickly had me register using the ipad at the front desk and the process only took about 5 minutes. I took a variety of classes over the week: Yoga Sculpt, Core Power 1, and Hot Power Fusion. If you're looking to sweat, the heated classes will definitely do the job. In both yoga sculpt and hot power fusion, I was drenched (and I usually don't sweat easily). It can feel stuffy with the heat so make sure to bring a water bottle (they have filling stations in the studio) and a towel. I also enjoyed the C1 yoga classes. The instructors were thorough in their instructions and the classes are challenging in a good way (at least for beginners). I really enjoyed a C1 class I took with Sophia, who was subbing in, but did an amazing job teaching. Pros: Easy parking, facility is clean, classes are good, there are a lot of classes throughout the day and week Con: Membership is pricey and it can be a bit intimidating for people new to yoga (I've taken yoga classes so I know what most the poses are, but even I ended up having to observe others to know what poses the instructors were calling out sometimes. Also, for classes that require block or weights, sometimes the instructors don't say what you need if you've never taken the class before) I would love to come back for some classes maybe with ClassPass or if they have a discounted membership for students. Otherwise, it's just too pricey for a class ($23 for drop in). read more

I went to the beginners course. This was my very first yoga class and I really enjoyed it! The location is great -- right near Whole Foods, my bank, smoothie king &&& Starbucks lol... The class was hot yoga and the sequence was a challenge at first, but the instructor actually told me I did a good job after the class was over. Idk if she felt this way or if she was just being nice and general but it made my day lol I'd recommend this place. read more

I really enjoy this studio! It's really cute and clean. The classes are predictable so depending on what you are looking for this can be good/bad. Because I am starting my yoga practice back up I enjoy knowing what I am getting into. I use yoga to supplement my other work outs (ie orange theory). I loved the studio so much I joined the SETS program so I work 1x a week at the studio for discounted unlimited yoga. If you are looking for a challenge I would recommend sculpt classes. My favorite class is HPF. read more

Can't recommend CorePower Yoga enough. I was the only one who showed up to a class this morning, with a free week voucher mind you. Not only did Lena, the teacher and studio manager run me through a great workout, she added two free weeks to my account since she didn't feel this class counted! Can't wait to go back. Previous classes I've taken with other instructors at other locations have also been super great. read more

I've been here a few times for the beginner Yoga classes that were free every Sunday in January. The teachers in training did a great job. They guided us through a number of stretches and poses, most of which I continue to do at home. They also come around and help you go deeper into your stretch without pushing you too far. They were all really friendly and it wasn't intimidating at all even for a complete beginner. The facilities were also very nice. Everything was clean and looked pretty new. The room was kept warmer than I expected. It's not quite hot yoga, but I was definitely sweating by the end. read more

This establishment is very nice . They have a bathroom with shower and lockers . I didn't care for the shared brushes but thought it was a nice offer . People just need to clean their hair out the brush after use . I was greeted and given a tour . The sale yoga merchandise form different brands. The class was challenging but peaceful . I really enjoyed it . I took the c1 class. The next day my abs were sore which surprised me i didn't realize what a workout i got read more

-Parking: Easy access from either North Druid or Briarcliff and conveniently located a little off of 85. Located in a shopping center with a Fresh Market, Zoe's Kitchen, Grub, Moe's, etc. -My experience: I first was exposed to Core Power Yoga at a free event at Piedmont Park to promote the new locations in the Atlanta area in the summer of 2015. The instructors were great and I was definitely intrigued to come try out the locations. My friend mentioned that the teachers in training at this location were having free classes each Sunday of January. We tried it out and I really enjoyed the classes. The room was always set to a balmy temperature with someone controlling the music to fit the poses and exercises being taught. The instructors were hands on (which you could opt out of) to really let you get the best out of each pose. The instructors in training were so friendly and great. The only downside I have is the price. It's not quite budget friendly ranging from $23 for a class or their Black Tag membership of $155/mo. If the price was a bit more in my budget I would feel more inclined to come back again and again. read more

I love Corepower and was pretty sad to leave my Chicago studio when I moved to Florida. I was vacationing and passed through so I decided to jump on the opportunity to do a class in Atlanta. I wish I had a better memory of the instructors name (I want to say it was Alexis) was amazing and very welcoming. I did a yoga sculpt class and it kicked my butt in a way I was absolutely missing. The thing I love about corepower is that they are pretty consistent with quality at different locations and the studios have a familiar vibe even if you've never been there before. The students in the class were super friendly as well and a couple of us chatted before and after(mostly about how great class was). So worth it if you can make it out! Also, just as icing on the cake, my class was free because I received an email since I hadn't been in a while. Double score! read more

I am currently going through my Pilates training and wanted to try some yoga to relax my body from stress even though yoga has never been an exercise activity I have enjoyed, But I was addicted after one class. The classes offered at Corepower are so much more than yoga. I love that the yoga classes incorporate strength training! I sweated more in the C2 yoga class than I have in spin classes. I don't even consider this a typical "yoga studio". I am officially a yogi. read more

Hey Mon! I know I had over 100 classes, thought I knew most everything about basic. Went to Corepower 1 class. Marthanna found a few tweaks in my form that I needed to pay attention to. I worked in that class harder than I expected, felt real good after. Great instructor with clear directions. read more

DISCLAIMER: HOT YOGA IS ACTUALLY HOT. I say that because I was expecting a totally relaxing and warm environment when I first tried hot yoga... but Be prepared for the room to heat up to about 110 degrees while you glide through movements that stretch and lengthen your spine, while building up your core. You will be drenched, so bring plenty of towels and water. I signed up as a first time guest, and got 1 week of free classes. Try Suzanne's hot yoga fusion class. It's hard as hell to get trough, but you will feel amazing and transformed by the end of it. Relaxed and healthy body= relaxed and healthy mind. Namaste yelpers read more

I really appreciated the thoroughness and clarity of the instruction. Also, the studio was spotless & the locker room was really well appointed. And great gear being sold! Take a class w/ Kyle, you won't regret it. read more

New, clean facility with all the amenities + more (i.e. They provide locks for lockers and have clean locker rooms with soap and shampoo provided). Quick and easy registration and check in. Plenty of parking. Excellent practice with knowledgeable instructors. A little more expensive than other places but you definitely get what you pay for. read more

Ok, in fairness to CorePower I didn't understand the concept before trying it out. I didn't realize that the Level 1 class is always the same and they say they room isn't heated but it was definitely toasty and I reeeeally dislike hot yoga or even 'toasty' yoga. The facilities are nice and the Briarcliff location is very convenient with lots of free parking. So if you are into Yoga that runs from 'toasty' to hot and you don't mind going through the same routine than you should definitely check it out. It's a little pricier than other places but again, the facilities are impressive. read more

Great instructor, she had a relaxing playlist (drives me crazy when I'm distracted by the wrong music during my practice) and facility was clean and organized. I would highly recommend trying it out, they offer the first week for free, you have nothing to lose. read more

I go to CorePower locations in Colorado almost daily, so I'm definitely a fan of the concept and convenience of this chain studio. You can tell this one is very new though. Very nice facilities, as you can expect from any CorePower. The teachers were not of the same caliber as their Colorado counterparts--very nice and eager instructors, but not very experienced. They treated classes as too much of a cookie-cutter aerobics class, and lost the mindfulness and meditative aspects yoga brings to the table. I think there is room for growth. Good: facilities, parking, if you travel a lot they have locations all over the country that offer a nice refuge, challenging classes Bad: this location's lack of experience, corporate feel, a little pricey, this location seems to cater to beginners (many C1 classes) read more

Erika was an attentive and calming instructor for the C1 Core class! I was promptly greeted by the front desk personal and the facilities were clean and welcoming. Lots of parking and building is easy to find. read more

What a great yoga studio and yoga class! The studio is clean and spacious. The locker rooms are really nice, and they provide locks. The yoga classes and instructors are great as well - high energy, quick moving, tiring. Interesting and positive without being too preachy. New students get a free week of classes, too! read more

I have been going to this corepower for a month and a half now. I love it more and more each time I come in. I really appreciate the diversity in yoga instructors and the clean upscale environment. The classes are physically challenging and always awake my spirit. They have good yoga exchange program and I also like their boutique. Kinda corporate but that's not entirely bad. Try it out, it's definitely worth the free first week. read more

Great and knowledgeable instructors that guide you along the entire class. New, clean studios along with a spacious locker room. Convenient parking and very quick check in. read more

They charged my credit card 2 times and I haven't even been there yet. Not happy with their billing practice. If this is any sign of how they do business I don't think I will sign up. I was interested before but now I'm just angry as hell read more

Very classy and elegant experience! Extremely clean and posh studio. Very knowledgable and friendly instructors!

This studio is fantastic - the Hot Power Fusion classes are amazing, especially the late evening class by candlelight! The instructors are very attentive as well. read more
