Hadrout -- Maria, Nicole and team --went above and beyond our expectations for developing and…read moredelivering our amazing new website and social media designs within an extremely difficult (very short) timeline. They made the process painless (and even fun!) as they took the time to understand our work, mission, requirements, and expectations and then translated that info into a stylish, useful, professional, easy-to-navigate site. They trained all our staff members to update and adapt the site -- which is an extremely intuitive process, even for those of us who are not tech-savvy. The Hadrout team provides on-going support and is available to troubleshoot if we need additional help or just reminders. We truly enjoyed working with Hadrout and highly recommend them if you are looking for a hassle-free, top-notch web design and development experience. 5/5

We originally hired Verde Media to build our new website. Originally we had built our first 5…read morewebsites on our own. 1 site a year for 5 years. Our business reached a point when the site design was becoming more technical than we could handle. We needed pro's to improve better site navigation. Verde built our site on time and the results have been powerful. We eliminated numerous customer service issues we had been having. We have been so happy with their work they now run our online ads program and we will also delegate our social media and email marketing to them. They know what they are doing and easy to work with. Our experience with them has been very fluid and increased our sales. Almost all of our revenue results from online purchases to Verde's work has been crucial. Great team!

Verde Media was by far the most responsive, friendly, and accommodating company I encountered in the area. Not having any knowledge of website building, Verde Media made sure I was kept updated on the progress of the site and answered all of my questions happily. They made each stage of the website construction easy, helped me develop some ideas for the look and feel of the website, and made very good suggestions that were implemented into the site. Further, we had somewhat of a constrained timeline and Verde Media did their absolute best to meet that deadline, even when I asked for it to be delivered earlier the last week of development. I highly recommend reaching out to Verde Media if you need any help with your website. I am confident you will receive a high quality product, work with some very nice people, and be happy with your experience.

Phenomenal Customer Service, above and beyond!!!!…read more I was in a serious computer crisis. My brand new MacBook crashed and died and Apple couldn't do anything to retrieve my documents or fix the problem in a timely manner. Of course, I was on a deadline and in the middle of contract negotiations that were to be finalized that Friday. I was feeling panicked. I decided to take my computer to Fuse, a company that I have relied on for years. I had called ahead and Dan was waiting for me to arrive. He stopped what he was doing and started working immediately on my MacBook even staying with my after everyone left to go home. He was so personable and conversational and his friendly, calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. He continued to work first thing the next morning and was very communicative throughout the process. He was able to help me resolve the issue and I will be forever grateful. His expert knowledge, speed, sense of urgency and ability to dissect technical issues and create solutions was exceptional. Thank you, Dan and Fuse Technology for never letting me down! Meghan

My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the "Ferrari of…read morewebsites" (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.
