One week before Christmas holiday began, I injured my shoulder and was in terrible, debilitating pain. The simplest things I could not do. I saw my Doctor who suggested I try Physio because she was unable to give me anti inflammatory or pain meds due to other issues. I needed to do something about the pain, I was desperate to try anything, so I left her office and walked straight next door to Focus Physiotherapy. I was greeted by Darlene who got me in right away to see Wojciech Kilar for an assessment. A very kind woman named Penny got me set up with lasers and heat compression. I was treated by Wojciech that day, and an additional 2 treatments that week. I started to think that I would no longer have to cancel my holiday...and so very glad I didn't. I was seen once more before my holiday and then after I returned. I now can lift my arm, tie my boots, wash my hair, get back to work! Without shoulder pain. Amazing.
