Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she is professional, and extremely personable. She genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her work. You hit the jackpot if she is your first contact as she was my husband's who called the facility on my behalf to research the level of skill and credentials at Axis because I had been to a previous PT who only has two Masters degrees so was not a DPT. After several months, I left without success and physically worse off. I was weary and leery of starting anew. I made the right choice going to Axis because every DPT is highly credentialed and I improved! If you have a lot of questions or concerns regarding this facility and staff, be assured they will help you. Everyone I encountered was very well trained. I had the best aide I have ever had! I do not exaggerate. Her name is Kat. She is currently working toward a Doctorates in Physical Therapy. Her degrees are in Kinesiology and Psychology which make her an excellent aide! Once she receives her DPT her talent will soar as she will combine her knowledge of kinesiology and psychology. As an aide, she had the education of how important proper body mechanics and movement is for pain relief and pain management as our limitations affect all areas of life. Kat is very professional and has more knowledge than any PTA that has ever helped me. She knew how to help me without hesitation. I felt vey confident in her ability. Axis is very accommodating. I asked to work with a female. I worked with two female DPTs, Lia and Jessica. Axis has two DPTs work together, alternating sessions, to make sure they have a more complete understanding of a patient's needs and condition each bringing their own expertise. I was uncomfortable at first because I had only worked with one DPT or PT. I didn't understand why two different people were working with me. They were both very different and very helpful. Two people have better eyes on a patient than one. I had no strength in my transverse abdominal muscles when I first started. I went twice a week and was very vigilant with my home exercises. She looks so sweet, but brought the pain. It was awful, seriously. I had bruises constantly on that leg/ankle area. As she promised, if I stuck with it, I'd be able to avoid surgery and it would help. I trusted her, got through the pain. Followed her home exercises and 6 months later I'm feeling a lot better. I'd recommend her and the staff to anyone looking for quality physical therapy, not a pill to numb the pain.

Yes only two people showed up but I got the impression we were going to dig into shoulder issues, contributing issues, talk about alternative therapies, maybe talk about some exercises etc. . Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ... Maybe if more people showed up would have been more of a discussion and less of a fishing expedition on their side.. but was done in less than 15 minutes... so not a lot of waste of time but will be hard pressed to consider them for that alone. I found Eden Clinic after my car accident because it's close to where I live--and OMG... I wish I…read morehad come here even before the accident. Dr. Jang is AMAZING. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! No torn muscle as initially diagnosed by my family doctor. However, it got worse as I continued doing my normal activities. 3 months later I started seeing Dr. Jang at Eden Clinic. After 2 months and 13 visits, I finally felt 90% better and I would be able to resume my activities (though slowly). The combination of massage therapy, acupuncture, and laser treatment have returned the range of motion of my arm to almost 100% without pain. I am happy that I came to this clinic.
