When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

After the placement I did have some issues with the settings because I was in significant pain on the opposite side of where I was hurting prior to the placement. I contacted his office, as well as the Abbott rep. Dr Gottlieb (Jamie) ensured the rep was at my first follow up visit to adjust the settings on the stimulator and also set me up for another follow up. I also was given adequate pain medication to manage the pain. The new setting is helping!

Dr. H has been amazing through this whole process. He has listened to me. He encouraged me try non-invasive treatments first including Injections, physical therapy, weight training which gave me 4 additional years of use after the injury. We went year by year and month by month and eventually decided given the pain and the work I had done without enough improvement that ultimately surgery would be the best option . Dr H is always cool, level headed , explains things , listens and doesn't rush. You decided together a plan of care and he follows thru. On referrals etc. My surgery went amazing yesterday. My pain is well controlled and I am well on my way to recovery thanks to Dr . H and truly his whole staff. The office ladies have been amazing !!! Jessica who schedules the surgeries, Briana and Gina, who answered my multiple text messages. And got issues figure out for me quickly. Dr. H's nurse (I am not remembering her name) is always so kind and down to earth. The sweet ladies who answer the phone and you check in and out are great also. It is a HUGE effort to get mom dressed and take her anywhere. First, X-ray tech is put out because mom can't stand for X-rays so we struggle to get her on table for pics. Be Cautious--Review Your Bill Carefully…read more I was charged by ATI Physical Therapy, Flower Mound, Texas for a remote monitoring app that I was repeatedly told was free. When I discovered the charge, I contacted the clinic and spoke with Karissa, who confirmed the app should be free. She even checked with the Area Director, who also verified that I should not have been charged for the app. My physical therapist Mina also confirmed the same. Despite these assurances, the charge was never removed. I contacted their patient advocate multiple times--at least 10 calls--and spoke with their manager, Ann, on July 9. She promised to follow up within 3 to 5 business days, but I never heard back. Please note that I was charged for remote assistance on Sunday, June 8 - even though the clinic was closed that day and I never used the app, just installed it. This charge is not only unjustified--it feels fraudulent. ATI has yet to take any action to correct the error. I ultimately decided to pay the bill and write this review to share my experience. I strongly urge others to review their bills carefully and follow up persistently if anything seems incorrect.
