No reply like "we'll work on it", "we'll see what we can do", or any response that shows they care what the clients think. Most of their response was not the true story. There are no paper towels and no towels in the class room to use. They don't allow a second review on their website either. Love the class I take just saying the staff is lacking in skills dealing with people. Read reviews!

I explained that I thought you could bring someone with you (as is the case at previous gyms I've been a member of like workout anytime), and he got aggressive and informed me in a needlessly impolite way that you can't do that. My friend asked if he could hang out while I workout but not use the equipment and he said no. Fair enough, I didn't know. So, I left because I wasn't gonna make my friend wait in the car for me or something like that, but the guy is still mouthing off behind me angrily so I just say "have a nice day man", confused by why he was overreacting like this and why this small mistake I made had escalated to become such a big deal. It certainly wasn't me who was getting upset about it. As Im walking out he shouts that he'll suspend my membership for a week, which is crazy because I didn't know about the rule he acted like it was my 100th time doing this or something. Absurd overreaction from this guy, what a joke. He actually ran out after me into parking lot as I'm leaving and called me a smartass, and for what? I literally didn't do anything and it's never that serious. Ridiculous behavior, I don't know what this guys problem is but that's not how you should treat your customers especially considering how mild my transgression was and how I left without causing any trouble or arguing about it, I literally don't know why he got so mad and had such a temper tantrum over it. Like his eyes were practically popping out of his skull he was seething so hard, it was so blown out of proportion and outlandish how he was trying to intimidate me and cause such a spectacle, it threw me for a loop. Super weird. I've been coming here frequently for about a month and I follow all the rules and clean the equipment after I use it. Maybe he just doesn't like my face or something I dunno. Crazy situation. The gym is nice overall but the hostility and unwelcoming attitude from this guy was unbelievable. Unfortunately I'm locked into a year long contract here, so it is what it is. Maybe he'll find a silly reason to terminate it early and I can go somewhere else that values their patrons.

I've gone to classes at tons of random times/days and have had so many different instructors yet every single one has 1) kicked my butt and 2) made class fly by because it's been so fun. The instructors are really welcoming too. Some gyms in town can be intimidating, but these people know their stuff but aren't pretentious about it. Guess they don't really care if they make new customers. So I am going to another trainer who contacted me right away and seemed interested in getting me in. Update - this was due to an employee who was transitioning out of the company. I have since gone to the gym and it was a GREAT experience. Kyle is so nice and so helpful and really cares about his clients. The bad review I gave triggered him to call me and turn things around which he did with flying colors. I signed up and am starting on Monday! SO excited!

Really really love this gym. I've been coming in 4-5 days a week since they opened about a month…read moreago and I always enjoy my workout. Because they are new it's still pretty empty in the morning and I have plenty of space and equipment to work with. I've never needed to share anything and those who I've worked out next to are always in their own groove, doing there own thing. Everyone is polite and kind and no one ever bothers me, which is the best perk (if you know, you know lol). Everyone seems to have a reason to smile and that's the atmosphere you want to stay a part of. Truly love it. So let's talk about the staff. The staff are awesome! Siobhan and Tanner are always working hard in the morning when I come in. Huge shoutout to both of them for keeping the gym absolutely spotless. Tanner keeps those floors spotless, especially... I mean seriously.. he's on top of that hard work everyday. And Siobhan is always leading tours and helping maintain the front desk, folding towels and also helping to keep things clean. They always seem to stay busy ensuring tasks are completed. They seem to make a great team and both are super friendly and helpful in between. Major kudos to the AM crew! Unfortunately I had to put my membership on freeze as I'm heading back to my home state for a while and no 24 hour fitness gyms close to me. I'm keeping my membership because my experience here so far has been so fantastic I can't wait it come back, plus the price is next to nothing anyways so that's a no brainer. Talk about a deal ;). My daughter got a membership to this gym. She moved to California and was put through the ringer trying to cancel the membership. Nobody answers the phone the "management" is next to impossible to get in touch with. I went in personally to get her membership cancelled after trying phone calls and emails. I'm still in town not east ridge. On one of the trips someone at the front desk told me her account had automatically renewed, mind you this happened while I'm actively making trips on telling them she's thousands of miles away and wants to cancel. I was told that would be revoked after the month ran out. At this point I sucked it up and paid that months fee. This was not an easy feat. It was cancelled. Now a year and a half later she starts receiving late fee notification and after not being able to get in touch with anyone (no one answers the phone and messages are full). She has now been told she's been turned over to collections. Piss poor customer service. Get your fees for membership by making it impossible to cancel. Unless you plan on being a member for life... I LOVE the fitness garage!!…read more The dance fitness class is SO much fun! Love the music and the choreography! I also do personal training with Esteban and I can not recommend it highly enough! Not only have I lost over 50 lbs but I no longer have the knee issues I used to have and I have a LOT more energy then I used to. He helped me with my diet as well and to get into a better cardio routine at home so I've been able to maintain the weightloss!
