Nice Gym, Good Equipment, Good Price…read more So to start this out I almost never even came to this gym because the reviews were rough. I'm glad I came because this is actually a really good gym! The people who made the bad reviews seem to have some personal issue or I'm not sure what with this gym. I like this gym, it's a good value for what you are paying. If you compare it to lifetime fitness and fail to realize you pay $100 a month less per person here you are not being fair to them. It's a good gym. I want to give 4.5 stars and they don't need much to get 5 stars. I like the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded equipment, it's great quality and ergonomic. I had never really used any technogym equipment before and I must say the ellipticals upstairs with the straps instead of linkage on the back is possibly the best long stride elliptical I have used! They have childcare! This is great, you just have to watch the hours as it's not available mid day for a few hours. They have a huge pool I haven't used yet. They have classes I haven't tried yet. They have CrossFit there too. I'll make a better review with more pictures another time, I just wanted to give these people the frost they deserve since they need some real reviews. Friendly Notes for the gym to make 5 stars: #1. The Techno-Gym ellipticals need to be leveled so they don't wobble. 1 in the far back row on the right? upstairs isn't usable for a 230 pound man or it had a death wobble when you're at level 20 and pushing. #2. An inner outer thigh machine would be appreciated. The only one is in the women's only room.... 3. An ankle strap for the cable cross would be appreciated. 4. A water bottle refill station would be appreciated. 5. An abdominal twist machine would be great too. 6. The life fitness chest press adjustment cable has been broken a long time. 7. The upstairs 45 degree back extension behind the cardio needs new slide inserts so it doesn't wobble all over.

No reply like "we'll work on it", "we'll see what we can do", or any response that shows they care what the clients think. Most of their response was not the true story. There are no paper towels and no towels in the class room to use. They don't allow a second review on their website either. Love the class I take just saying the staff is lacking in skills dealing with people. Read reviews!

Guess they don't really care if they make new customers. So I am going to another trainer who contacted me right away and seemed interested in getting me in. Update - this was due to an employee who was transitioning out of the company. I have since gone to the gym and it was a GREAT experience. Kyle is so nice and so helpful and really cares about his clients. The bad review I gave triggered him to call me and turn things around which he did with flying colors. I signed up and am starting on Monday! SO excited!

I've gone to classes at tons of random times/days and have had so many different instructors yet every single one has 1) kicked my butt and 2) made class fly by because it's been so fun. The instructors are really welcoming too. Some gyms in town can be intimidating, but these people know their stuff but aren't pretentious about it. Everyone seems to have a reason to smile and that's the atmosphere you want to stay a part of. Truly love it. So let's talk about the staff. The staff are awesome! Siobhan and Tanner are always working hard in the morning when I come in. Huge shoutout to both of them for keeping the gym absolutely spotless. Tanner keeps those floors spotless, especially... I mean seriously.. he's on top of that hard work everyday. And Siobhan is always leading tours and helping maintain the front desk, folding towels and also helping to keep things clean. They always seem to stay busy ensuring tasks are completed. They seem to make a great team and both are super friendly and helpful in between. Major kudos to the AM crew! Unfortunately I had to put my membership on freeze as I'm heading back to my home state for a while and no 24 hour fitness gyms close to me. I'm keeping my membership because my experience here so far has been so fantastic I can't wait it come back, plus the price is next to nothing anyways so that's a no brainer. Talk about a deal ;). I was banned from this location for no reason what so ever yesterday 4/9/26 ..i haven't been to…read moreNorthshore in months..but here's the story..I left a review several months ago regarding homeless people hanging out and it smelling of marijuana..makes me nervous going there alone..so I went to East Ridge facility..yesterday I was banned from there AND the Northshore gym..ran by the same people..because they told me I couldn't tan or bring my husband as a guest ..I didn't know since we've been going a year..apparently I had a basic plan..they were rude and told me I'd have to go to Hixson to do that since they aren't really a part of the Home office of with Workout Anytime 24/7 ..I didn't know so we left..then banned! For no reason but for leaving a honest review about a nasty unsafe gym that needs better management! The one in Hixson is the real deal..the better place to workout..don't waste your time or offend these guys or you'll be banned as well. Their mngt left comments I was banned on my review but never explained why.

It's usually a younger gentleman upfront or a few younger females and they are always so friendly and welcoming. However the lady today looked very unapproachable, I never caught her name I just know she was wearing black, I certainly don't want anyone to be disciplined I just feel like a quick remedial training in customer service and employee relations could be helpful.

I LOVE the fitness garage!!…read more The dance fitness class is SO much fun! Love the music and the choreography! I also do personal training with Esteban and I can not recommend it highly enough! Not only have I lost over 50 lbs but I no longer have the knee issues I used to have and I have a LOT more energy then I used to. He helped me with my diet as well and to get into a better cardio routine at home so I've been able to maintain the weightloss!
