She was very professional, kind and personable. First, I got in the massage bed. The covers were perfectly done and the bed was in a very comfortable position. After that Catherine put a nice warm towel on my face and then applied a nice lemon spray. Throughout the entire facial Catherine did a great job. Whether she was extracting some minor blackheads, applying pressure, steaming my face, putting cream on my face and more! During the entire time, Catherine was very gentle and did a great job. She already spoke to me; 2. Already did my service; 3. Had confirmed all my information; and 4. Was being professional. If I had already done my service, why would I be there and waste over 30 minutes waiting for a response? It speaks volumes on Maya's professionalism that she deemed a client unworthy of the simple courtesy of corresponding with them and then lie to her employer. Emergencies happen and had I been informed I would completely understand but the fact that lying and making a client be left in the dark is incredibly disgusting behavior that is not appropriate. The upseting part is the fact that if someone can lie like that to their clients and employer, who can speak on the quality of the services offered? Perhaps I dodged a nail infection and I won't thankfully ever know. Mrs. Ken is very kind and nice. I felt bad interrupting her weekend due to this. Laura Silverstein was hands down the best that we saw, and our marriage was trending in the right direction under her counsel. Unfortunately, we moved out of area, and so we didn't get to "graduate" to not needing a therapist under her care, but I'm confident we would have. A few years later, and after a year long separation, we visited the Philly area to attend one of her couple's workshops, as the kickoff to a reconciliation. The workshop was great, and now I get these awesome newsletters from her on things to do to keep the marriage healthy and happy. She's great. Don't wait. Go to see her if she is seeing new couples.
