I am very happy with the results of my 21 days program with Renata…read more I lost about 8 pounds and had visible changes in my body and skin when I was re-educated in the lifestyle program she offers. Renata introduced me to the primal diet which I absolutely loved it with because I'm a carnivore. One major change I see was the way I look at my protein, carbs and sugar intakes. It was so interesting to understand it and see all its benefits. Aside from that, she helped with my grocery shopping, with my pantry purge, with my sugar craving and many other daily routine things you don't have with other programs. Genuine and attentive I recommend Renata for anybody that are willing to improve their health and are open to new ways of eating, exercising, living habits, sleeping, loving and do not know how to start.

I also have a fatty liver and if you know anything about this disease, it accompanies with trouble digesting food and enlarged abdominal bloat. I signed up for the 12 weeks Transformational Wellness program and I ended up loving it so much that I extended to a month-to-month basis coaching because I missed the accountability and structure that being part of a program with a coach had to offer. I learned about food intake, portions control, what to avoid and what to add in my diet, for instance, I had been under feeding my body from the inside out for so long and adding more protein to my diet has helped me keep full longer with lots of energy. Being a diabetic I always relied on a carb snack to keep me from crashing then I learned how wrong that was. We experimented with low carb and decided that the best diet approach for me to keep my sugar levels controlled, was a ketogenic diet. I'm so glad I made the change because im reaping the benefits with more energy, weight loss and inches, and couldn't be happier with how I feel and look now. If you're looking for a coach to help you treat the root cause of your issue and make long lasting changes then look no further! Renata is very patient, knowledgeable and is always there helping me to achieve my goals .

I only take the reformer Pilates classes usually with Lita, she's so amazing. Really cares about you and your workout and wants to make sure that you're not only enjoy it, but feel like you're getting what you want out of your workout. She does have a more strength training style on the reformer, which I do enjoy I have seen muscle growth and strength build, but does use some classical Pilates techniques, of course. I also really like Nancy. She has more classical Pilates classes great instruction as well very clear and fun but challenging. I love that they provide towels not all Pilates places do and fans in front of every reformer, which is really nice!
