I just went it today to get a couple adjustments on my new leather bag. I needed to get few more…read moreholes made in the strap and add a small leather braid around the strap so it wouldn't flop around when I walk. The guy behind the counter (in retrospect I should have asked his name) was very helpful and made the adjustments in no time at all. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't think it was worth it to get a new bag since it was just a broken strap, but literally no one I went to wanted to fix it because of the thick lining. Finally, a tailor recommended I come find Frank here and he took the bag with no problem like it was the simplest task on earth. He fixed it up so quickly and I paid a super reasonable price for it. The workmanship is excellent. I have no doubt that I'll be going back with any shoes or other bags needing repair!

On one occasion I had a knit sweater with a pull in it repaired, the garment looks like new. On my next visit, I had a Canada Goose bomber jacket with worn out cuffs and a damaged seam in the arm repaired, and the work was excellent. My third visit involved repairing a broken hook for the Hood of my wife's fur coat. The work once again was great. My only issue has been that because the tailor is skilled and reasonably priced, it can take longer than I would like for repairs to be completed. If you can wait a few days, this is a great place to have clothing repaired and saved from being disposed of.

My sandals didn't need extensive repairing, the leather strap had just separated and I didn't trust myself in glueing it back together. They did this job flawlessly and in a timely manner. He asked me if I was okay with walking around the mall and coming back in an hour. Recommend for your shoe repairs and other leather goods. I am a happy customer!

Broken zippers, shoes needing stretching, shoes needing to be resoled... Their prices are reasonable, the service is great and they are always ready when they say they will be.
