I brought in a leather bag recently to see if they could repair a small rip. Instead of attempting to fix it, they simply told me that it would be better if I didn't repair it as it would cause more damage. Usually, you would expect them to repair it, and regardless of the final results, they will still find a way to make money off of you. This honesty thing is important these days. I would feel at ease to bring other items for them to repair.

My sandals didn't need extensive repairing, the leather strap had just separated and I didn't trust myself in glueing it back together. They did this job flawlessly and in a timely manner. He asked me if I was okay with walking around the mall and coming back in an hour. Recommend for your shoe repairs and other leather goods. I am a happy customer!

He told me it couldn't get fixed so i went out, dissapointed but half thankful for his honnesty, and took a closer look at my boots only to realize the soles were stitched and if I could find the right ones, I could re-see them on. So i went back in to ask if he sold any soles. He told me in a very abrupt and agressive manner to "not waist his time" and that he had "work to do". I wonder what might be his work exactly if it is not to repair shoes or sell products to repair them. Also, even if my boots were unsalvageble, there was no need to be so unpleasant about it; I have been nothing less then polite. I will never go back there and wish no one an unpleasant exprience such as this.

I brought a pair of brand new boots whose heal had come unglue. Two other places told me they could not do anything, because I had tried to glue them myself.
