I had my car rear bumper and trunk damage fixed by RPM. I want to say first that the work they did…read moreon the car looks amazing, basically brand new again and they even went above and beyond to help fix two small chips that was starting to rust on the trunk. One trouble i encountered was when my car was finished, I had the manager Scott call me and say that the car wasn't starting and the battery was completely dead and even with them charging it overnight it was still not charging. After hearing that I was very upset and ask them what my options are because it went for a rear bumper repair and now they are saying the car isn't even running! They told me to order a battery from ORIELLYS have them deliver it and RPM would install for free. After doing so i arrived at RPM and The manager Rich explained to me that they and Scott felt so awful for the situation that happened and they went ahead and paid for a new battery from the actual dealership to be installed and to go ahead and return the battery i purchased and get my money back. After a horrible morning stressing about my car running, it was nice for them to have the open heart to help purchase and install a new battery.

They did not wrap corners, cut out carrot shape "v" in edges, and it was yellowing within 6 weeks of application. I asked for a refund, which they said they mailed to my home. They clearly don't care who does after market work for them.

The back window of my soft-top convertible had imploded from the heat of August, 2022. There was only one upholsterer in my whole county who worked on convertibles and he was too busy to take it. I live in Lynden, WA and the next closest shop was Ted's in Arlington, an hour and a half drive from my home. Gene agreed to fix my window, took down the information he needed, ordered the window to fit and had everything ready by the time of my appointment. He thought it would take about 5 hours to do the job. A friend drove down to Arlington with me and we hung out at a nearby park after meeting with Gene. (We drove to the park, he walked to the park and picked up my car. Mobility is an issue with my friend and I.) Three hours later I got a call from him asking if we were ready to be picked up. The cost was comparable to others I'd been quoted - and then turned down. Gene was friendly, knowledgeable concerning the window and working with insurance companies, and fast. My window is beautiful and, luckily, we beat the rain. I was without a back window for almost two months. Thank you, Gene!!

Dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up after work. Doesn't get easier than that! Frank's super reputable and friendly.
