I came into 10:30 Am but we thought that we would arrive at 10:25 Am. The line to actually get inside Cora was outside. We said we were a group of 4, when we got seated only 3 menus. The server came to server drinks after about 5 minutes we were seated. Drinks came in about 5 mins. The server came again and asked what we were going to get, she also mentioned, "do you need any time." Some restaurants don't ask that. I ordered the rosemary's plate and it came in about 26 minutes. The decor was pretty clean minus a few papers around (I only saw 3). On the washroom signs it doesn't say boy/girl or even male/female insted it says Marco (Boy) and Maria (girl). read more

We walked in. It was not busy. The restaurant was clean and in nice shape. We were quickly seated. We were seated in a booth that appeared be beside a blender that is used in the kitchen. It was loud, obnoxious and interfered with conversation at the table. This made the atmosphere not enjoyable at all. Once we ordered our food, it came quickly enough. It was hot. The food tasted good, however, I had issues with the portions. I ordered a ham and egg wrap that came with fresh fruit. It did come with fresh fruit, but nowhere the amount or variety that was shown in the menu. My son ordered pancakes with bacon and eggs. He got next to no eggs. It looked like his scrambled eggs is what fell off of the serving spoon when somebody else's plate was being prepared. Although the food was very good and served hot, it is expensive for what you get. Be aware soft drinks are not fountain. They are served in cans so that they do not have to provide refills. Service began to decline after we were served. It was difficult to get a coffee refill. We had to wait a very long time for the bill to be brought to the table. We got up and were getting our coats on. We were planning on just attending the cash register area to pay for our meal without a bill when the waiter finally decided to go get us our bill. With their high and rising prices, Cora's is now cheeping out on the portions that you used to receive. What you get is not what is pictured in the menu. Even though Cora's has always been expensive, we always enjoyed going there on occasion in the past because the food was good, fresh and the portions pretty much what you see in the photographs in the menus. No longer however. Since we no longer get what we pay for, I doubt that we will be returning, and I can not recommend. There are much better value with food that is just as good in the city. read more

I've been visiting Cora's since the franchise entered Ontario. When they first started they had beautiful oversized crepes that were impossible to finish, as of late, their crepes are smaller (believe it or not it used to be bigger than todays). I was visiting with two young at heart. During the clearance of the vaccine record, they had the QR code embedded into their screen wallpaper, so if the server knew how to scan they would be cleared; the server had a hard time but took their assurance they were vaccinated because I was vaccinated. Thank you for not hassling my "wisdom" guest. When we arrived at the table, I was instructed the menu can be accessed with the QR code on the table. Hmmm that's a tech struggle for my guest so I asked can we have actual menus please and we were accomodated. When we did our order our coffees were taken and delivered and I asked if we could put our order in, we were cautioned by Rhita that out order would be delayed and I said that's fine just get us queued in. At least we were given a heads up. We didnt notice the time pass because we were just having fun enjoying each others company. In the past, plates were decorated with fruit but ...this location didnt do any decorations and I found the plates rather bland in appearance. My order the April 89 was underwhelming and it seemed to be a lot ot odd and end fruits with custard. Coffee was hot brown water at this location. Washroom was clean. This location delivers the receipt to the table and the payout is at the entrance. I was not a fan of this because no enforcement for social distancing was done. And theres just interaction with the people coming in. Even though the setup is one outside door and one inside and one outside between, theres not much separation with the crowd flows. On top, theres just a lot of delivery people running through crowds with no social distancing. From a professional standpoint, I'm not a fan of the payout at Cora's because you sort of get in a pickle, either you step away from the table and settle it or you go with your guest and have them wait awkwardly at an overcrowded entrance -it just doesnt work great with clients. When I have clients with kids, I like to take a kid away with me and let them pretend pay with my credit card. During pandemic no homemade toffee is served at the exit, which was a pre pandemic tradition. At this location there are Accessible door buttons but none of them work. So this location is not accessible. So if you are with individuals who actually need the Accessible door, as I needed, then this is not the location. read more

Ordered the Cora Special and Eggs Benedict with spinach + mushrooms for breakfast today and is was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and portions were plentiful. I only ate half of my food and was already full so my partner had a really great time having a second breakfast My server gave me the wrong tea but was kind enough to bring me the right one. It took longer than we thought for the food to arrive because we ordered when there weren't much people in the restaurant however I will definitely recommend this place and come back to try their other items!!Eg read more

Good service but the food is not good. It nice that they offer fruit but a lot of the fruit isn't good or fresh. The crepes are rubbery and do not have any flavour to them even when drenched in syrup, custard and whipped cream. Girl this place was busy during lunch time! I was passing by deciding where to eat, when I got attracted by the fresh fruits they display at the bar. I got a bit hesitant when I realized the place belongs to a chain. However, the lady in the tablecloths looked like a real life "Mrs Doubtfire", who could doubt her right? The service was fast, attentive, a genuine smile is always appreciated! I ordered the crepe with spinach & cheddar. I liked the detail of including a slice of cantaloupe with fruits. The crepe was a bit dry tho. I thought it would be stuffed with the melted ingredients; the spinach was part of the dough and the slice of cheddar wasn't melted. The attendance was heterogeneous. Yes! Another Cora's! This one was really great because I was feeling a nice big breakfast the other day and when I arrived it was 2:49 and they close at 3 but what the hey I tried my luck. Personally I'm not sure what Cora's is trying to pull off here, I mean on one hand they charge you pretty expensive prices, and have things like eggs benny with asparagus and brie cheese, like they are trying to be classy, then they have giant childern's pictures on the walls like they are catering to kids? I don't get it, if your gonna charge that much for breakfast, at least make the place look like you put some effort into designing the place, not just slapped up some paint and a few cardboard cutouts everywhere. Anyways apart from that this place is always packed, there is usually a line no matter what time of day, and half the time it's out the door. The service is pretty good but it should be for how many people they have working, like wow I don't think I've ever seen so many people working in one restaurant before? And I can't really complain about the food either, it was actually pretty good. I ordered the Cora's Special which comes with eggs, homesfries, bacon, sauage, ham, a crepe, and of course fruit, cut into nice little shapes. The portions are generous as well but again your paying at least $10 for breakfast so they better fill you up! Whoa! Super yummy! Hubs and I could have shared a Banana Nutella Crepe! It was huge and stuffed! Very good! Friends had Eggs Benny and really enjoyed it! I was amazed at the line! We got lucky, on a Sunday at 10am, we were able to get a table for 8 without a wait. Within minutes there was a LONG line outside the door! It is a little pricy for breakfast, but with all the fresh fruit being served it is a nice change from a greasy breakfast. read more

The restaurant is big and has lots of seating but the place is also very popular. Our waitress was really nice, and the menu was HUGE! They offer everything you could ever want for breakfast/brunch! I ordered the Banana Caramel Waffles for $11 and it was very tasty and filling :) The food also came incredibly quickly! Good Sunday morning today as Clocks were turned back 1hour , do at real time 9:30 am this Cora's was busy , a line up that walked us thru in about 5 minutes The menu is Large ,and creative. Lots off egg dishes , omelettes and egg wraps and waffles and pancakes and sandwiches . Hidden low on a menu page is your basic 2 eggs and bacon and toast with fruit , I had a Louis undecided plate which included choice of toast and bacon eggs and a crepe ( desert for breakfast ? ) filled with chocolate spread and banana and lots of strawberries , Our waiter: Met , was very helpful and on top of things like coffee and tea refills and removing dishes etc in a very busy work atmosphere. Stopped in with a group of six for a Sunday breakfast. Large breakfast menu and nice to see so much fruit included with the entrees. Potatoes were nicely seasoned but could have been a little more cooked. The eggs, bacon, pancakes and toast were all done very well. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Considering how busy Cora's typically is, this location is a gem. Almost empty on a Saturday morning, it is nice to be able to sit and have breakfast without complete chaos swirling around. Definitely overpriced breakfasts, but the fresh fruit is delightful. I ordered the raspberry crepe and it was incredible. My mom ordered a wrap with ham and eggs and was equally delighted. Extremely over priced! 12.95 is the cheapest breakfast. You can drive anywhere in London get a breakfast for half the price that is better. The cost does not justify the food. Went out for a late lunch on a holiday Monday and was surprised at how empty it was. As previous reviewers have noted, there have been lines out the door in the past but today the restaurant was 2/3 empty at 12:30. We enjoyed eggs benedict and a crepe omelet, both of which were just average. The fruit was fresh and the coffee was a delicious dark roast. Everything arrived very quickly and the server was friendly. Unfortunately the food didn't taste phenomenal and was a little cooler than I would have liked when it arrives. Our brunch at Cora's Adelaide St N was not as good as we remember it. I had 2 eggs, turkey sausage, so - so potatoes and glutenfree toast. My partner had the Rosemary Sunday and also commented that it was not as good as usual. We go out for breakfast fairly often and find other venues better value. We like to see the calorie counts and definitely think about our choice based on calories. Personally I think Cora's should also offer a basic breakfast for under $10.00. read more

I've always liked going to Cora's and have never had a horrible experience but I went there on Monday morning (September 30, 2019). We received coffee very quickly, after maybe four minutes of sitting there, a German cockroach walked across the table and onto my cutlery. Immediately we were looking for the waitress to call over, when I saw another different one walking on the booth my partner was sitting in. The staff did not make us pay for the coffee's, but I am so turned off by this that I don't think I'll be going back to a Cora's​ in the future. read more

I would not reccomend this place to anyone. I had the crepe burrito and it was very mediocre. I was asked whether I would like onions and cheese on my potatoes, thinking it was a free add on I accepted. Turns out it was a $4 surcharge on my meal. Service was painfully slow as well.
