BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE!!…read more I am very disappointed with my experience at the Joint in Seminole. I spoke with Dr Carl about it on Wednesday. I went in with neck pain and was hoping to get relief. He was working on me like I was 28, not 68! My back now hurts as well as my shoulder, hip and other parts of my neck. I now have constant headaches. As I told him, I went there to feel better, not worse. I will now be going to a Medical pain doctor to see what Dr Carl has done to me. Also, there is no privacy and "adjustments" take about 7 minutes. I asked them for a refund and I got no response. Great way to treat seniors! BEWARE!

had a very disappointing experience at Total Vitality on June 23, 2026…read more My original appointment was scheduled for June 5. A few hours before that appointment, the office called me and told me I needed to reschedule because my blood work had not yet been completed. I followed their instructions, obtained the blood work, and attended the rescheduled appointment on June 23. When I arrived, I was told that I owed a $90 late cancellation/no-show fee for the June 5 appointment. I explained that I did not cancel the appointment--the office had contacted me and instructed me to reschedule. Unfortunately, instead of looking into the situation, I felt as though my concerns were dismissed. Multiple staff members acted as if I was mistaken or making up what had happened. To make matters more frustrating, my previous doctor had retired, which had already created confusion regarding my care. I came to the appointment expecting to discuss my health and recent lab work, not to be confronted with a fee for an appointment that I did not cancel. I understand that medical offices need policies regarding missed appointments, but patients should not be charged when the office itself initiates the rescheduling. I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and disappointed by the way I was treated. I hope management reviews their records and improves communication with patients so that situations like this do not happen to others. Our healthcare is important. Update, can not get hold of office manager about this, and recieved a no show bill in the mail. Total Crooks should be the name of this place , stay clear
