Dr Josh and Dr Sam were amazing and the docs they have now are rude and inconsiderate and just don't seem to care. The one female doctor that is only in a few days is great but no one else is worth seeing. My sister went in this evening and Dr Colleen and the older male doctor were talking about a court case she had and refused to stop talking to adjust my sister. She just left after a few minutes of watching them chat. It's unfortunate what this office has become. read more

The Joint Chiropractic used to be very good when they first opened but now I don't see the offices being run quite the same. They've lost their passion !! It looks like they want yo sell packages more now and are less focused on helping heal people. I walked in today to get an adjustment and was told i needed to fill out ALL NEW FORMS of which I have done several times before. I told the gal nothing has changed re forms and was denied care. The doctors are amazing. But the customer service is trash. I pay a monthly subscription but when I tried to bring my mom in they tell me they don't take new patients after 3pm and they are appointment only, no where on their website it's says that. Only 1 person in front of us and 2 doctors, one hour away from them closing and they can't take one more person? My first visit lasted 10minutes and subsequent took 5 minutes. It's just BS. The doctor's are very nice though but their front desk should be gotten rid off, they drive business away and are not customer oriented. read more

First off, I can't say enough about this company! I am cheerleader, for chiropractic! I love the flexibility of not having to make an appointment, and then canceling or getting extra charged, I like the idea of being able to try out different chiropractors, and seeing who is a better fit for you, but I love having a routine and somebody is not trying to do a high sale on you for supplements or expensive Chiropractic programs and it is easily submitted do your FSA reimbursement. I have been a patient of the Joint for a while and was so excited to see the new location opened as it is 2 miles from my home. The Joint provides quality chiro care at an affordable price. I have had some problems in the past, and have since learned that regular adjustments work well to keep me on track. If you have a serious injury, this may not be the first stop for you as they are better suited for routine care and ongoing adjustments. However, you cannot beat the quality of their care and cost for services. They have many packages available, which provides their clients an opportunity to get the care they need without breaking the bank. Dr. Elissa is awesome, very client focused and enjoys her work. What I have come to learn about the Joint is that they focus on what clients need, without over selling services; unlike some chiros who seem very interested in selling many services that may not be needed. The staff is friendly and supportive, and you will leave with less pain and a smile on your face. read more

I have used chiropractors for over a decade. I've been treated by about 5 or 6 over that time. During my visit, Dr. M pinpointed my issue within 20 seconds of me hitting the table. This review has nothing to do with COVID restrictions causing delays. I showed up twice today at different times. The first time the wait was 45 minutes, I left an went back 2 hours later and after 35 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I have not met a group of better Doctors and staff. Dr. Heather Champion and Dr. Jasmina Patel are by far the best chiropractors I have ever seen. They are both extremely knowledgeable and always take their time when addressing my back issues and making sure I understand what they are doing. They also provide me with exercises and stretching that I can do at home which really helps to alleviate the pain I get in my back and hips. She gave me an adjustment and talked me through all of my issues and explained everything very well. I have more more mobility and less pain in all areas. Tbr that location seems more like a senior citizens chiropractic center I went there experiencing excessive back, shoulder, and neck pain when I went to the back to be seen by the female who I personally think was disabled saw me for not even 2 minutes and claimed that she did something and expected me to pay for the services That wasn't going to happen and it didn't happen but honestly if I could give her services a -0 I would im a big woman 6'1 and solid and didn't feel any type of adjustment and personally I think she needs to be replaced But anyways do not go if you want professional immaculate services the location in tri city plaza is trash asf never going back to that location highly unsatisfied read more
