That other place falling thru was the best thing that could've happened to me. Donna was so patient and caring with me. She had so many different examples and suggestions that you can be assured your end product will be personal and everything you need it to be. Unfortunately I wasn't available so I picked it up so they allowed me to come in next day. The lady that serviced me was very nice and professional. They packed my invitations in sealed clear wrap. I think they offered envelopes to purchase but not knowing I had already purchased some. I would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they are a black owned business and run incredibly well. It appears they do posters, business cards and flyers as well.

This place is horrible…read more Im one of those weird people who dig stores like this. An aisle dedicated to an assortment of pens? Yes, please. This place has all that but the people that work here downright stink. I was here yesterday with my cousin and for 10 minutes they didn't even acknowledge her as she stood at the mailing desk. Mind you, there was 3-4 employees standing around doing, what seemed like, nothing. Its a shame that customer service at this place is severely low. I work in retail and that is the number one thing you are taught, "Help the customer" Even when they are rude. You should just try your best. The workers seem to just really hate everything.

Went to these guys for 2 issues: 1) display not coming on…read morehalf the time with my Samsung laptop 2) download issue with a particular website Neither issue was corrected on their first try and that was very understandable since both issues were intermittent and they were unable to duplicate issues when they had the laptop. I returned couple days later without an appointment, let them know I still had the issues, and two of their techs stopped what they were doing to brainstorm the issues. I had my laptop back same day with both issues totally repaired - and with no extra charge to me. I highly recommend these guys for any computer/laptop issues.

He offered no alternative solutions, did not even offer to sell me a box, and made me feel like an idiot and that I obviously should've known. There is no indication on the Amazon screen that says it needs to be in one box. I took my return to another UPS Store and they (shockingly) printed two labels for me and accepted the return. Just a bit of empathy and some problem solving on their part could've made for a much better experience, but the employee today, Scott, clearly has none.
