I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they "fixed it" they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they "fixed it" they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here. Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed "due to covid" the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you're going to raise the rent.

The office staff is great and always available to help you in any way that they can. The maintenance personnel are top notch. Which they fix but took about a week to just fix a door. They had to pull my floor up in my laundry room two times to clean the cat urine which is still there after a year and a half of live in here. My children n I had to leave the apartment 3 times for Furnace problems and them to do the floor because took the water heater out. This was all in the 1-2 months of me living there. They scratched up my brand new three day old washer and dryer. I never complain I just wanted it fixed because I hate moving. Now as of today I got my lease 5 days before the 1st of December n was told I needed to hurry up n sign it.
