I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they "fixed it" they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they "fixed it" they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here. Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed "due to covid" the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you're going to raise the rent.

Which they fix but took about a week to just fix a door. They had to pull my floor up in my laundry room two times to clean the cat urine which is still there after a year and a half of live in here. My children n I had to leave the apartment 3 times for Furnace problems and them to do the floor because took the water heater out. This was all in the 1-2 months of me living there. They scratched up my brand new three day old washer and dryer. I never complain I just wanted it fixed because I hate moving. Now as of today I got my lease 5 days before the 1st of December n was told I needed to hurry up n sign it. I didn't get 2 months like everyone else did. on top of me begging for months to fix My door which never got fix till I withheld rent. this woman is a liar she will say yes to anything to get u in there but never fix anything. Everything is old dated but it's very roomy n convenient for me but I've had enough because when you battle Ms Jennifer Flowers she will evict for the wrong things because u pay ur rent on time n you wanna live rt. EVERY summer it breaks and they claim it's fixed yet has NEVER once reached temperature or shut off resulting in electric bills no lower than 400 a month. They let people go nuts in here and you have to sign your name to letters about folks you complain about because dozens of police runs aren't enough. They ask for "permission to enter" for maintenance but that isn't always required. And I have heard they have brand new units which they won't give me. Last week was the first time ever someone called me back within a day about a maintenance issue. I was not even a full 24 hours late on rent and they sure did charge that 50bucks despite no working a/c. To be fair, i was late 2 other times in 7 years when my mom died and when i lost my baby. Yes 3 WHOLE times. If i didn't have a medical condition that impedes my driving resulting in me living here to work within walking distance to my professional degreed job (just to clarify that I'm NOT one of the folks here living off the system) then I'd be gone. Pray for a cure for tumors so I can get out of here.
