Everyone comments what a great job Tony does and he sure does!! He never gets an evening to himself because of constant issues in the property. Three months ago there were 2 shootings within 3 days by a friend of a resident which caused many cars to be riddled with bullet holes, one of them was my car. 1 of the shootings happened in broad daylight and bullets went into the bedroom windows of a tenant with small children. To this day not one word, warning or notice was given to any resident who was affected. They are trying to keep it under wraps. During the past 1 1/2 years I have in my building, had hundreds of gas leaks, no gas for nearly 8 days, most of the buildings have had massive floods and live feces floating in the water. Tammy's response is always, make a claim on your insurance. be sure to read your lead because it's a hold harmless agreement. The leasing agent is lovely until you sign your name, complain about anything and you become the worst resident. They do not answer phones because incoming calls are recorded and they'd both be fired for the ignorant way they speak to you, that is if they can take a break from smoking instead of handling your issue. I could go on and on. For me, it's almost over, can't wait to escape from this dump.

Access to the expressway, restaurants, stores, and schools are very short in distance. I chose to move into a town home with a park in the front yard. I love it. My kids can easily go outside, play, and make friends in a seemingly safe environment and in my line of sight without my having to step foot outside my home. I have awesome neighbors and we all take care of each other. The staff seems to be very helpful and pleasant. I say seems to be because I haven't had to contact them but once so far.... which means I haven't had any issues or complaints. The best decision I've made! I have moved three times in the last four years in attempts to find a place that works for me and my girls. I can definitely say that I will not be moving again until I move into my dream house!

I lived with MOLD in my bathroom for a year and a half here. I told them about the mold MANY times via maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls. The first time they "fixed it" they simply resealed the toilet and did nothing about the mold. The second time they "fixed it" they only fixed the cosmetic issue so it was back within one month. I told them it was back and nothing happened. My asthma was exacerbated, i was sick ALL the time, and people who came over would have literally SKIN reactions (that i have photos of.) Then, after I moved out they had the AUDACITY to charge me $300 for carpet staining. YOU LET ME LIVE WITH MOLD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and do not EVER even consider living here. Not to mention, they continue raising the rent with no improvements to the property or townhomes and no amenities. The gym was closed "due to covid" the whole time I lived there. While I know covid still exists, we are no longer in a pandemic and if the ONE amenity you have to offer is a gym, perhaps you should open that if you're going to raise the rent.

EVERY summer it breaks and they claim it's fixed yet has NEVER once reached temperature or shut off resulting in electric bills no lower than 400 a month. They let people go nuts in here and you have to sign your name to letters about folks you complain about because dozens of police runs aren't enough. They ask for "permission to enter" for maintenance but that isn't always required. And I have heard they have brand new units which they won't give me. Last week was the first time ever someone called me back within a day about a maintenance issue. I was not even a full 24 hours late on rent and they sure did charge that 50bucks despite no working a/c. To be fair, i was late 2 other times in 7 years when my mom died and when i lost my baby. Yes 3 WHOLE times. If i didn't have a medical condition that impedes my driving resulting in me living here to work within walking distance to my professional degreed job (just to clarify that I'm NOT one of the folks here living off the system) then I'd be gone. Pray for a cure for tumors so I can get out of here.
