We really like having a 2-car garage, not something you typically get with an apartment. The grounds are kept up very well, and the neighbors have all been very nice. We have 2 dogs and it appears so do most of the residents here, as it's very dog-friendly! The staff who I have dealt with, in particular Yehmien, has been fantastic, friendly, and very helpful, especially when it came to our move-in. I would highly recommend taking a look at this place if you are in the market for a nice apartment in this area, you won't regret it.

I've lived in many apartments in my day (through college, etc) and this is by far the quietest I have ever lived in. I'll occasionally hear the toilet flush on one of our neighbors or the shower going, but otherwise nothing else. Ever. We are only the second tenants to live in our apartment so everything is like brand new yet (which is why the higher rent is justifiable for me). I like the granite throughout, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in most rooms and two car garage is awesome. We have a nice back patio that backs to trees, which again is great. Whenever we've had to put in a maintenance request in, Kenny is here the next day to take care of it. He's awesome to work with and does a great job. Maintenance requests were light bulb out, we nicked the paint and wanted a touch up. I typically email Kena, the office manager and always get a fast and friendly reply from her. Neighbors are nice. Neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet. Very happy here!!

I had a negative experience with one of the staff members, but Katrina has given me an idea of how Beacon Management strives to treat their residents! We are moving out of these hell hole apartments Tuesday and have been parking on the curb to load our cars. All day long I see the new staff one in particular who is hand happy with those green stickers drive past us parking there and not saying a word, but hey at 5am when they think your not up they like to post warnings on your window. Luckily since I was awake because again we are packing to move out of this hell hole I was able to get the stickers off my window without water because the last time the new maintenance guy did that i HAD TO SCRUB STICKERS OFF MY CAR WITH SOAP AND WARM WATER....Again I've never been one to knock a person for their jobs, but boyyyy have lived here for almost 5 years and this new staff between the assistant property manager and the overachieving new guy who cant seem to use beacon managements recourses in a more productive way yea be prepared to be harassed, not taken seriously, and a little entertained as you watch true unprofessional, passive aggressive, and a less than welcoming staff. I will say that there is some hope as the property manager Katrina was a breath of fresh air to talk to after dealing with her swampy office staff...yall gotta do better PLEASE! A little word of advice learn to choose your battles especially when people do not care anymore seeing as how they are moving and you all still pick fights oh well i will leave as many reviews as I need to until I feel as if you all have learned something until then....I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE LEAVING REVIEWS AS WELL LIKE I SAID I WILL BE MOVING OUT IN A FEW DAYS AND THESE PEOPLE LIKE TO FIGHT UNTIL THE END

I've lived here for 3 months so far (Oct-Jan), so I cannot comment on the pool. I have a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Pros: -No surprises/things I wasn't expecting -Safe Location- Old Village Plymouth and Hines Drive. -Friendly, personal staff. They sent me a hand signed Christmas card. -Very well maintain units. Extremely clean upon move in. Carpet was brand new and appliances were in excellent condition. -Spacious+big windows with lots of natural light. (Windows are newer, not drafty like previous places I've rented from) -Grounds are very well maintained, snow removal is prompt -No dogs (I like dogs, but I've have dog poop problems at other apartments.) -Water and heat are included with rent -One reserved parking space per unit and additional parking for guests. Depending on the unit, the additional parking might not be as close as some people prefer. I've never had a problem finding spots. -Low turnover of tenants (Some of my neighbors have been here for 7+years Cons: -Washers/Dryers are coin and in the communal basement. Not a surprise or huge issue. -Heat uses a boiler system, so you can hear water running through it occasionally. It's minor and the plus is that it doesn't make the air as dry as regular HVAC. -Expect to hear the occasional train. I didn't realize how many trains come through Plymouth. -No gym/amenities. I'm ok with this since the rent is so low. -No dishwasher or microwave. I've read other reviews that say there are dishwashers, but I think that is only in one of the buildings. They were upfront about it and let me see my actual unit before signing my lease. I wasn't real excited about another apartment (I want to buy a house) but this is a great option. Could you find an apartment with more expensive finishes like granite counter tops? Yes. Could you find a cheaper apartment? Yes, but likely not in Plymouth or as nice. What you see is what you get. Considering all of the pros, these apartments are an excellent value and great place to live. All things considered, you won't regret choosing Lake Pointe Village Apartments
