But in return tenants should have comfortable living and the things that are put in the lease should be enforced. Nothing is addressed they just simply do not care in that leasing office or Singh management company. Quiet hours are a joke! There is a guy that's in the community that decides it's okay to block the sidewalk with the hitch from his two trucks(one of them being a commercial vehicle) which in the lease is prohibited. Danger for the residents that walk the community our children that go out to play. Very dangerous but yet it's not being addressed. Unless they are directly involved it's not a problem for this company. Save your money and look elsewhere. This place is not worth the headache or money trust me!

They said the carpet was brand new when we moved in, and we only stayed for 11 months. When we moved out, they charged us $2000 dollars including our security deposit, because they apparently had to rip out ALL the carpet because it was so badly damaged. We don't have pets. We lived in a two bedroom, and never even used the second bedroom. They also said they had to repaint everything because the walls were damaged, but we knew the apartment was a short term plan, so we didn't hang anything up on the walls. It was ridiculous. When I asked for proof, they kept putting me on hold and finally they just stopped sending notices for me to pay. They kept my security deposit, but we truly left the apartment in perfect condition. I could go on and on. Truly the worst experience living in an apartment.

We are moving out of these hell hole apartments Tuesday and have been parking on the curb to load our cars. All day long I see the new staff one in particular who is hand happy with those green stickers drive past us parking there and not saying a word, but hey at 5am when they think your not up they like to post warnings on your window. Luckily since I was awake because again we are packing to move out of this hell hole I was able to get the stickers off my window without water because the last time the new maintenance guy did that i HAD TO SCRUB STICKERS OFF MY CAR WITH SOAP AND WARM WATER....Again I've never been one to knock a person for their jobs, but boyyyy have lived here for almost 5 years and this new staff between the assistant property manager and the overachieving new guy who cant seem to use beacon managements recourses in a more productive way yea be prepared to be harassed, not taken seriously, and a little entertained as you watch true unprofessional, passive aggressive, and a less than welcoming staff. I will say that there is some hope as the property manager Katrina was a breath of fresh air to talk to after dealing with her swampy office staff...yall gotta do better PLEASE! A little word of advice learn to choose your battles especially when people do not care anymore seeing as how they are moving and you all still pick fights oh well i will leave as many reviews as I need to until I feel as if you all have learned something until then....I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE LEAVING REVIEWS AS WELL LIKE I SAID I WILL BE MOVING OUT IN A FEW DAYS AND THESE PEOPLE LIKE TO FIGHT UNTIL THE END

I've lived here for 3 months so far (Oct-Jan), so I cannot comment on the pool. I have a 2 bed 1 bath unit. Pros: -No surprises/things I wasn't expecting -Safe Location- Old Village Plymouth and Hines Drive. -Friendly, personal staff. They sent me a hand signed Christmas card. -Very well maintain units. Extremely clean upon move in. Carpet was brand new and appliances were in excellent condition. -Spacious+big windows with lots of natural light. (Windows are newer, not drafty like previous places I've rented from) -Grounds are very well maintained, snow removal is prompt -No dogs (I like dogs, but I've have dog poop problems at other apartments.) -Water and heat are included with rent -One reserved parking space per unit and additional parking for guests. Depending on the unit, the additional parking might not be as close as some people prefer. I've never had a problem finding spots. -Low turnover of tenants (Some of my neighbors have been here for 7+years Cons: -Washers/Dryers are coin and in the communal basement. Not a surprise or huge issue. -Heat uses a boiler system, so you can hear water running through it occasionally. It's minor and the plus is that it doesn't make the air as dry as regular HVAC. -Expect to hear the occasional train. I didn't realize how many trains come through Plymouth. -No gym/amenities. I'm ok with this since the rent is so low. -No dishwasher or microwave. I've read other reviews that say there are dishwashers, but I think that is only in one of the buildings. They were upfront about it and let me see my actual unit before signing my lease. I wasn't real excited about another apartment (I want to buy a house) but this is a great option. Could you find an apartment with more expensive finishes like granite counter tops? Yes. Could you find a cheaper apartment? Yes, but likely not in Plymouth or as nice. What you see is what you get. Considering all of the pros, these apartments are an excellent value and great place to live. All things considered, you won't regret choosing Lake Pointe Village Apartments

We ran away from it after hearing the horrible reviews. Then Village Green took over so we decided it give it another chance and it turned out to be a great decision. The staff is very responsive. They are well aware of the former management company, so they seem to take extra care to make sure that our needs were met when we moved in. Much needed renovations with the apartments and road are underway as well. They are actually taking care of the place and doing these updates make the complex many years newer. I am pleased to see this finally happen after dealing with a worn down complex full of potholes in the road. But.. like all things, nothing is perfect. When we moved in, the apartment was not as clean as we would expect as the cleaning company did a poor job. However, The management staff took this very seriously and wanted to be sure that we were attended to immediately. Again their responsiveness is excellent. This makes up for it as I still give this place 5 stars. I hope they keep this up, keep fair values to these apartments, and continue to maintain this complex to its potential. Give them a shot and ignore those former 1 star reviews. It's a different company managing the place and they have done a great job so far!
